Burns everything. Very disappointed – I thought I would upgrade from a no name old slow cooker and liked the idea of one that would sear as well. However this is not a slow cooker. It boils all the time and burns to a black mat of food on the bottom and taints the whole dish. I am very disappointed. Would not recommend it at all.

Good slow cooker – We bought this because we had vouchers to get rid of, but I'm so glad we did. We use it quite frequently in winter and summer as it doesn't heat up the house like the oven does. It makes cheap cuts of meat so tender. We now cook all our curries in the slow cooker too. It's very easy to use - just the three settings. It heats up quickly and is very low maintenance. Looks good, works well

Pretty good – We have used this slow cooker many times over the years and are very impressed with the quality and output of this product. A bonus is that the interior can be washed easily after usage. However, the lid isnt a secure and seemless fit, which does let a lot of heat and steam out whilst cooking. Great for winter meals. The lid

For dogs, not just people! – Slow cooking means I can prepare cheap cuts like turkey legs for my dog; she loves it. Also very good for casseroles and curries for me and means I can prepare the food in the morning to leave it bubbling away peacefully ready for the evening. Very economical too, which I appreciate. Inexpensive to run, and a good size and shape - not too big. Too slow to heat on high.

Excellent – I have the smaller slow cooker (3.5L) for 12 months and have used it frequently. Great size for 3-4 people. It is simple to use and the burgandy colour is very attractive. Dish can be removed and looks great on the table. Dish is also very easy to clean. The outer compartment is a shiny silver but is easy to clean. The electrical cord is… Read more

fixed to the unit and this can be a cumbersome but doesn't detract from the appearance, is still compact to store in the cupboard. Comes in a small size, looks very stylish. Nothing yet

Good – I am very pleased with this, because it looks so much better than other slow cookers. Meal can cook while I am at work, or overnight. Ideal for lazy cooks like me. I first had a slow cooker for a wedding present - 31 years ago - so they are making a come-back - like stiletto heels - what goes around, comes around! Looks beautiful, can keep it… Read more

on kitchen bench and don't have to put in cupboard.

Has three settings low, medium and high (as well as on and off!!) Price was comparable. I bought it primarily on its looks and name. Nothing as yet.

Good – Very good sturdy product for price. Happy with quality of product. Like the oval style better than my old round crock pot! Good sized capacity for doing lamb shanks etc. Has a warmer setting after cooking time completed. Easy to clean and looks good to take to table. Nothing that I can think of!

Bad – Great slowcooker, they need to fix the control's though. It cooks a fantastic big meal during the day, with limited preperation. great size slow cooker, could put a meal on low in the morning and it wasn't overcooked. I chose this slow cooker because of its large size for my large family. I have had this slow cooker for one year (and really… Read more

haven't used it that much) The plastic dial has broken (so you can't tell if it's on high, medium or low temperature), and now the control panel has come off, and wobbles around and is too dangerous to use. And its out of warranty! I wouldn't buy this brand again!
