I'm very dissapointed, not recommended – The program for dough isn't working properly, I can't use it Show details
The easiest way to make bread – I got this as a replacement so I can make heaps of bread quickly and easily for breakfast and I can also make Pizza dough for Pizzas as well for my family and friends. Show details · 1
Problems with lower crust – I have same problem as some others. The bread is very hard at base crust. I use a breadmix which has always worked with my old Sunbeam. Also, why did it beep 5 times half way through. This confused me as I thought it was the time to remove blades. Show details
Problem with crust but would like to solve as thi was a gift.
It’s ok – I reviewed a lot of machines before buying this one. The process and settings are easy but I’m finding my bread base is always way too hard. My electric knife struggles to cut through it and I can’t eat the base crust. I have found baking it on light crust helps a little but it’s still very hard and that means I can’t get a more crusty top. I’ve… Read more
tried adding more water , oil, using different recipes , flour, and even a box bought bread mix but nothing helps, the base is rock hard. What am I doing wrong, or is it the machine?

Impressive! – This has to be one of the best out there for value & simplicity. Definitely recommend this bread maker for you newbies wanting to get into a bread maker. I spent 3 months researching which one would suit the needs of a beginner/novice user. I had to get this right as this was a xmas pessie for my daughter & I knew I would get a Sunday morning… Read more · 1
loaf.
First attempt she opened the lid too early... but still a great loaf.
Second attempt & my first Sunday morning loaf pick up from my daughters house. ooooh impressive & delicious, sooo soft the most wanted edible crust!!! Dark Crust Loaf, 3.2 hrs, I could not review how long the bread lasts for, mine was gone by the end of the day. Toasted a couple of medium thick slices, OMG best toast I had in ages with real butter!!
I have to say, this is one of the best, it should be after the research I had done. Hell it was worth it. Even if I was a pro baker I would still purchase one of these.
Attached a couple of photos of the loaf once it was cooked. & this was the 2nd loaf. 6 loaves made since xmas day no issues thus far folks.
Makes a great loaf every time – This is a great breadmaker and, after using it for a few weeks now, we haven't had any problems. Using the ingredient quantities on the bread mix bag makes a better loaf than the instructions though imo. The only issue you might come across is that the lid is particularly hard to clean if you make the biggest loaf and it rises high enough to… Read more
touch the glass. I find those loaves way too big for a toaster so I use the smallest loaf setting and it's perfect for my family.
Excellent value for money ! 5 stars from me ! – I bought this machine from Big W 4 days ago because I liked the idea of being able to remove the kneading blades before baking and also prefer the more normal shape of the loaf rather than being short and high as with other brands. This machine kept its promise and didn’t disappoint. I made 5 different breads already ( classic white, whole meal, kefir sourdough) and they all turned out perfect. 5 stars from me for sure ! Not as fancy as others but just as many features – This is easy to use. I'm able to remove the pads so the bread doesn't have gaping holes in the bottom. It doesn't have some of the features of the more expensive brands but it does what most of them do. Ideal size for my kitchen and the only issues have been when I have done something wrong Show details · 1
50/50 - Not the best – This bread maker while easy to use, and makes plain white bread well, it struggles with the use of wholemeal flour. I've made wholemeal bread twice, and the second time I added a small amount of white flour in with the wholemeal flour (as per the manufacturers suggestions for a lighter textured bread) and unfortunately, the bread comes out… Read more
uncooked, dense and it sinks in the middle. I've followed the measurements both times for the ingredients.
This bread maker will make white bread well (if you follow the instructions exactly) but sometimes even the white bread doesn't come out the best. For those who would like to make wholemeal bread, don't bother purchasing this bread maker. It does not bake it, and it comes out crusty on the outside but raw and dense in the middle. I've had to then put my breads in a conventional oven to finish baking it.
The kneading blades also scratch easily, which is something to be mindful of.
