Exceptional Customer Service – I had an issue with a container of Mortein Outdoor Professional Surface Spray because the sprayer wouldn’t work. I contacted the company, received a very fast reply and sent them photo’s of the product in question as asked for. I had hoped they may replace the sprayer but instead I was reimbursed for the total product. This was far more than I had expected and a very pleasant surprise to receive such excellent service. I comment them on the level of their Customer Service in a world where it is sadly often lacking these days. Well done to them
