Mother-ease Rikki Wrap Covers

Good – These were definitely the better choice for newborn, as the small Rikki is much more fitted than the small airflow covers. We used prefolded terry squares in the first month, and the Rikki was great, as it allowed us to be pin/snappi free! The fit around the legs was the best, and really contained EVERYTHING that was thrown at it. The back of the cover looks simple, but was also explosion proof.

Have not used the medium size, so not sure how it would go on an older infant. Great fit, especially around legs (gusseted), means the cover is bulletproof. Very adjustable, and enables prefold/terry nappies to be used without the need for pins due to the great snug fit through the pelvis. Great big Aplix strip across top makes it very adjustable in a range of directions, and is very strong. Seems to restrict movement just a little. Aplix catches on fabric if you forget to fasten the tabs to the front before you wash. Is quite loud to undo.

Excellent – I love these covers! We use them with the motherease one size nappies. We have had no leakage and they are so easy to put on. We will move over to the airflow covers as I can see the velcro being ripped open easily as our son gets older. breath well and very waterproof none so far

Excellent – The small Rikki fits very well over the extra-small and small Sandys nappies. The small size Airflow is too baggy for this task - I found Airflow are more suitable for one-size motherease. Fits more snugly than Airflow. No leaks so far. Washes and dries very easily. Lasts 2-4 nappy changes without washing, with a quick swipe of baby wipes to remove any urine smell. Could do with some more exciting colours. Velcro ripping noise when trying to change nappies by stealth (eg. at night)

Excellent – Motherease are the best nappy covers i have come across. They have never leaked .... and that's what it's all about! I bought a range of brands for our newborn but if I had my time again I would just buy Rikkis in the small/medium size and switch to Airflow when toddler can undo the aplix. Trim fit. Never leaked. Very adjustable becuase of aplix. Cute designs rather than really loud patterns. Dry really quick. They need fold back bits for the aplix on the arms - it doesn't matter really though - you just make sure it's done up before you wash it.

Excellent – We've used Rikki covers over a wide range of nappies ranging from the super trim (itti bitti fitteds- best to go down a rikki size) to folded flats and this cover works with them all! They also last a long time, I've still got a couple from my first child in cloth that are now on my second and they are still going strong despite being over 3 years old! fits well over a wide range of fitted and flat nappies, dries quickly, comes in some great prints, leg gussets mean no leaks- ever! velcro can stop being so effective after a while
