Absolutely appalling experience at Ducati Gold Coast / Moto Arena Gold Coast I’ve now been to Ducati Gold Coast/Moto Arena Gold Coast three times, where two of those visits I was treated disgracefully poorly by [Name Removed] — with outright rudeness, dismissiveness, and an attitude that has absolutely no place in a premium motorcycle dealership or any dealership at all. The only time I actually received anything close to respectful service was when [Name Removed] (if I’ve got his name right) stepped in to assist me while [Name Removed], again, couldn't even acknowledge a customer there, standing in the middle of the store, waiting for him.

As a proud Ducati owner, I expected at least a minimum standard of respect and professionalism. Instead, I was met with rudeness, zero customer service, and a shocking lack of basic decency.

Approaching him for support for one of my Ducatis, as my motorbike is still under warranty, I was literally asked and told, after a short chat: "Did you buy from us, did you service with us?! Go back to them then.." I was in shock, actually!! So because I didn’t buy my bike from their store or didn't service it with them previously, they don't want to deal with it?! Even knowing it is under warranty, fully serviced and maintained by another authorised Ducati dealer?!

That level of arrogance and complete disregard for Ducati customers is disgraceful, [Name Removed], shows no interest in anything other than lining his own pocket, and absolutely none in upholding the values and service Ducati is known for. His attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly, insulting.

Whether you’re buying, servicing, or just seeking support — look elsewhere. This dealership is not only failing to represent the Ducati brand — they’re actively damaging its name. Ducati customers deserve much better than this crap!!

I own three bikes, two of which are Ducatis — and looking back, I’m honestly so relieved I never gave this dealership a cent of my money. The complete lack of respect, service, and any form of customer care makes me question how they’re even allowed to carry the Ducati name.

If you’re passionate about the Ducati brand and expect basic decency — do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. This place doesn’t deserve your time, trust and/or money.
