This company is disgraceful. Ordered kids sizes they sent youth sizes and still insist on charging there so called small fee to return goods when they clearly made the mistake. There also now also ignoring my emails that show proof the mistake was on there end. Looking through the reviews it seems to be very common with this company, avoid them shop elsewhere.

I purchased a pair of pants for my grandson for Christmas at the end of Nov. They arrived 2 weeks later and on Christmas day we realised they didn't fit. They wouldn't allow me to swap for a bigger size saying I purchased over 30 days ago. I didnt have them for 30 days though and I couldn't get him to try them on before Christmas. Now I have a pair of pants I can't use. Not happy.

Sent me the WRONG size. Difficult to get in touch with. 3 weeks on still not resolved as the wabt to give me store credit rather than the correct item or refund

Faulty Shark Skwal 2 helmet – I am so frustrated. They sold me a Skwal 2 helmet, which even the Shark manufacturer recognises that the visor/clip c attachment breaks in normal usage. I accepted their offer to receive a new visor. We met in the middle.

I hope it won’t break with normal usage again.

within 2 business days. He's now told another friend, who ordered & had shipped a third pair. I have ordered from a number of other local motorcycle gear sites, including some well established big names, and it usually takes 1-2 days for them to ship my order. Moto Outlet are certainly outperforming their peers in terms of packing & shipping orders in a timely manner. I'll be recommending them to all my riding friends.
