Terrible Customer Service! – I purchased a Alpinestars jacket and within a few months the neck closure system came away due to inadequate stitching. I contacted Motocard and they only wanted to offer a Small USD refund credit which wouldn't even cover the cost of a local repair. I contacted them again stating that the jacket was brought in good faith and that if there was a fault with it they would allow me to send it back for a replacement. They declined this saying the jacket was out of stock. They then stated I could send the jacket directly to the manufacturer, but I had to upfront the cost involved in getting it there! Due to living along way from Europe I declined this offer which was a big cop out from their side as they should be taking full responsibility of any after care issues the customer has. I now have a brand new faulty jacket that I have to repair while Motocard does nothing. The moral of this story is to stay clear of company's that offer products at good prices, but have zero effort in following up any after care problems the customer has!
