Online shop – Ordered an item then waited and waited........for 7 MONTHS...nothing arrived as they said they were waiting for a large order to the States to be filled. Finally I requested a refund of monies which arrived quickly!! The shop should make sure the items are in stock before selling them.
invoice and accept payment for product they do not have – store navigation great, products listed great, he supplied some of my order after i chased them up on it, but main item although invoiced and charged to me was not supplied.....told ten days still waiting Five weeks later with no update. 30.7.19 Paypal dispute logged, message sent via Paypal to vendor, nil response, I send further message via Paypal, vendor messages back saying will refund full amount only after i close the Paypal dispute.....will advise on here on outcome. 2.8.19 after closing dispute Motohansa refunded the required amount in full. Pity it took over 5 weeks and numerous messages, will never deal with this company again, now placed my shopping list with a another company....
Disappointed in service – The actual product GS-911wifi Hexcode I purchased works fine although at this stage I have only been able to connect to my bike via USB cable. It was hard to make contact with seller. Better communication would be better for business.
Great Product. Great Service – I bought the MachineArtMoto X-Head covers for my BMW from their online store no problems. Had a little slide down the road and the covers protectected my valve cover. the model I wanted that was on special was it the current version or the older version, he evaded my question and said that he has both in stock. I was confused by this so I asked him twice could he give me his phone number to clarify which version I was purchasing, he just wouldn’t give me a contact number. I contacted hex ezcan in the US to ask what is model number of the current version they gave me, the model number which motohansa displayed as on special I tried to contact him again to ask what version they had but again didn't reply. I placed and paid for my order as I needed it asap for a bike trip in 2 weeks miraculously he replies after I pay and says he only has the old version eeeeeeh his first email was yes I have both. I replied you said you had both there reply was yes I do have the current version but it is not on special (they should have said that in the first email and not been evasive and shonky). I emailed back saying I don’t want to proceed with my order could he please cancel it and refund me no reply. I emailed him again and asked could he please refund my money still no reply. I sent him 2 requests through paypal to ask for a refund still no reply 7 days later I lodged a claim through paypal explaining what had happened they got my money back in 24 hrs they must have history with paypal as they told me it could take upto ten days for a decision. Thank god for paypal he is very shaky do not deal with him.

Miss your service – Hi I have dealt with Motohansa since they were in Punchbowl , often having my old RS serviced while on hols from QLD , sad but I think they have closed , so dont know why web site still up , Rob returned an email some months ago said they were still trading but nobody answersthe fone....Paul
Ditto Here – Ordered a $30 part (oil filter wrench) for my R1200GSA from their online store on the 14th August 2016 express delivery. Money has been sent from my PayPal account yet order is still showing pending on their web site. msg says that they are closed today and will reopen tomorrow. The only only problem with that is that I have been receiving the same message for the last 2 weeks! Last time I order anything from this company. I will be submitting a refund claim through PayPal.
Problematic to deal with – Ordered some standard IKON replacement shocks for my BMW R1100 in December 2015. When delivered the parts did not fit at all. the supplier (IKON is a local Australian supplier!) and got the replacement parts early February.
The parts still where not fit for purpose and after some more delays the Motohansa workshop manager confirmed that shocks were not good. Based on that confirmation the owner of Motohansa offered a refund.
Happy with that I ordered parts from Germany, cheaper and got them within week.
I asked after a few days after I returned the shocks about when I could get the refund. I was told that he would only refund when he would get the refund from the supplier.
When I insisted on a immediately refund as I had dealing with him / Motohansa and not the supplier, the matter started to turn problematic.
Had to take legal action to get the money finally refunded.
It seems like the workshop staff is knowledgeable enough but the boss is spending only a very limited time on site.
It looks like he runs Motohansa as a hobby and doesn't care too much which is also seems to be aligned with the Google reviews.
My opinion: if you have to order parts which are not in stock (and you can not pickup and check items physically!), get them from overseas not through Motohansa
