Didn't stock item sold on their site. Very poor communications – Ordered a helmet on their site and 3 weeks later still hadn't heard a word from them or received delivery. Then emailed and heard nothing back. Finally had to call them and eventually they told me the item was never in stock so I cancelled the order with them. Total waste of time.
