Great phone, good reception – I held off buying a new phone because living in a rural area i thought it would not get service. However, i was pleasantly surprised with the coverage this phone gets - highly comparable to the nokia & telstra tough phones which were previously the only phones that seemed to have decent hand held coverage. Easy to use, lots of easy apps, good internal antenna. No complaints so far

one replacement touch screen under warranty and the replacement is already beginning to fail – bought this phone as i didnt want to buy an iphone due to apples questionable business ethics (google foxconn) but still wanted a quality durable phone with features. the android os is buggy and the hardware (ie touchscreen) is prone to failure. had to do without phone for 5 weeks as telstra would not replace it under warranty and opted to send it away for repair. Atleast they gave me a loaner phone after i complained profusely. Very disapointed as previous motorola products I have owned have been relaible and durable. usual android features and finger swipe unlocl touch screen deadspot fail

Good Coverage, average functions – Chances are if you are going for this phone its due to Telstra's 'Blue tick' Rural phone, so if coverage is your main need, look no further, if you want something a little better then iphone 4 or Samsung Galaxy II will kick the Atrix into touch and would get my vote for sure. The firm wear fails often resulting in frequent 'cold boots' and Android market still not as good as the iphone / Apple, I have found this in apps I've been looking for. The Battery on the Atrix goes flatter than a pancake in hours, don't leave home without another charger or you'll be dead in the water. Best coverage phone in the Android market - so far Eats battery life, phone not as good as iphone and Samsung

We have 2 Atrix'x for the rural reception reason mentioned by bushypete - they will be the only Atrix's we purchase. One has been repaired twice and the other is in for its third repair. Reception is only any good if the phones actually ring! Never again.
