Terrible connection – If you want to be able to hear the person on the other end of the call and not have your calls repeatedly drop out buy a different phone - I will be replacing mine. Show details

It's a great phone and super responsive! – This phone was on special at the time. The salesman at The Good Guys was super helpful and said that this phone had an equivalent processor to the Samsung S22. I found it to be super easy to transfer all apps and logins. Very convenient and user friendly (as I'm not super techy). It has a fast response time so no lag when opening apps (which I… Read more

had with my last phone).

The camera takes great, clear photos and I am really happy with this purchase. I have had it for around 6 weeks and so far so good. No hesitation in recommending this phone. The blue colour is also a winner for me.

Wish I'd stuck with the Oppo – This phone does not have a normal headphone hole. So all of my headphones cannot be used with it. And have to choose between charge or headphone (fits in the same hole, but not at the same time obviously) And second. No fill light on the camera. My old cheap Oppo had the fill light - it is something I want and need. I had assumed all phones… Read more

would have it. But no.

It's also super super slow/laggy. Has a bunch of features that I'm sure others would love, but I don't care for them at all. I just want to be able to use my phone normally. Without it lagging.

Battery goes dead fast too.

I bought it because the guy at the shop said it was a really great phone and he had one and his family has them too. He's obviously never had an Oppo.

Super sad. Wish all I want, but now I'm stuck with this until it breaks :/

Such a pain the butt to use – It is so user unfriendly. The user interface was obviously created by someone who has never used a phone before. I've had it for two days and have given up and gone back to my old phone. Such a waste of money. Show details

Good specs, good value, frustrating phone – On paper, the Motorola Edge 30 Pro is a high-end phone at a mid-range price. Great, large screen, good sized battery and for the screen size, fairly compact. It has a premium feel to it. Performance is great as far as responsiveness goes and yes, that screen is pretty good and plenty bright enough outside. Wireless charging is difficult to find… Read more

at this price point too and a big plus. This is a 5G ready phone and there is 5G in our rural area. Although not essential, it does cover a few small local spots without other coverage and provides the option of faster Internet access. The camera seems pretty good too - no complaints there.

Purchased to replace a Samsung S20 FE, the user interface really sucks to say the least. It is just so different to every other Android phone I have ever used. Senseless different. Why!!!!!! Did this phone go through user trails? By comparison to most other phones, the interface is just plain awkward and limiting.

The biggest disappointment is that despite the large battery, the phone chews through the power and it struggles to last a day. Oh, and that daft default ringtone that includes the word "Moto" in the middle of it.

The fingerprint reader was fussy to set up but one the fingerprint was recognised, performed flawlessly.

Maybe this phone is great if you are an existing Motorola user and I have had 2 Motorola phones in the past including an Android phone, but it is just too awkward to use compared to other recent Android phones.

It's OK – All I can say it is just a mid range phone and all the reviews on YouTube were overhyped. I'm basing this on my comparison to my old Huawei Mate 20 Pro which is a three year old flagship. It has a more quality feel to it with a superior camera and it felt alive. My Pro 30 feels lifeless. I like the large screen, 144 Hz refresh rate and smooth… Read more

scrolling but that's about it. I'm glad I kept my old Huawei. Don't get me wrong - It's still a good phone but an old flagship would be better imo. Edit: The screen freezes more than occasionally. It's very very fragile - dropped it twice and shattered both sides too easily for my liking. My Huawei could take a beating.
