terrible waste of money – I purchased this monitor as I also thought motorola was a decent brand to find it is garbage. I was given some money as a gift to buy something for baby and wasted it on this inferior product, very annoyed. Battery only lasts 20mins and I need to sit by a Power point to use it. It beeps very loudly and I can't turn the beep off, it has woken baby up a few times now. Suddenly the power button gets stuck down now making turning it on a challenge. I don't don't think I will be buying anything motorola again in a hurry. If I could give it no stars I would.

Very disappointed – I had to exchange the first monitor i bought straight away as it was a complete dud that would just turn straight off. The replacement I have had less than a month and the connection point to plug the cord onto the camera came loose & has now broken off completely & fallen inside. I will be taking it back for a refund & looking for a new brand. It would also drop out of range randomly which makes it beep, so I got woken up during the night many times by this.

Poor quality product - very disappointing – I purchased this product as I believed motorola is a reputable brand and assumed it would be a quality product. Unfortunately we are very disappointed with it and are now having to buy a new monitor. There is a continual feedback noise/high pitched static coming from the monitor whenever the sound is on which is terrible at night when you're trying to sleep with the monitor next to you. There is also a high pitched noise that is noticeable coming from the camera end. The range is very poor - I'm lucky is I can take the monitor 20m from the base. The battery life is terrible - we need to keep the monitor plugged in constantly as it only lasts around 20 minutes when it is unplugged. To top it all off, it cost over $200 - for that price I expected far better. Easy to set up Poor range. Terrible battery life. Terrible sound quality. High pitched noise from monitor. Expensive
