vibration—otherwise, I wouldn’t have brought the car in just for a wheel alignment. They then advised me to have my own mechanic inspect and fix the issue and return in a month. I took the vehicle to my mechanic, who confirmed there were no issues with the left-hand front wheel or anything else they mentioned. Despite no alignment being carried out, I was still charged $119. Although they offered a free alignment if I returned within a month, I chose not to go back. In my experience, this business is unreliable. I found their diagnosis questionable, their service poor, and overall customer service lacking. I would not recommend them for wheel alignments or any other work.

Easy to deal with. Great price and very quick delivery from Melbourne to Hervey Bay. I was surprised to see my tyres Yokahama Geolandar X-AT G016 295/70/18 were only manufactured in Feb 26 (ordered in May 26). I have ordered tyres from other places online before and the tyres have been a couple of years old when I got them. Highly recommended

The reviews on here and google with this dodgy business say it all.. do not buy anything online, they will take your money and never hear from them or see the item you’ve purchased again. I had to open a case through PayPal on these scammers, luckily PayPal refunded me with showing them evidence of me trying to contact the scammers with not one reply from them. Disgusting way to run a business.

booked in for 1pm to have the changeover done. I dropped the car off on time, and at 1:40pm I got a call saying the wheels would rub more than the current set. I confirmed I was happy to proceed, as it would be less rubbing on the suspension and only on plastic which I could fix. At 3:30pm, I then received another call asking me to come down – only one wheel had been fitted, despite me already giving the go-ahead earlier. I was told they couldn’t finish the job that day and I would need to leave the car overnight, meaning I’d have to organize my own transport home.

Overall, the communication was very poor, the job wasn’t completed, and the way the situation was handled left me extremely dissatisfied. I lost over 4 hours of my time, additional money, and the effort of going back and forth with no real resolution offered. What made things worse was the lack of accountability – barely an apology, no goodwill gesture, and no clear explanation of what had actually gone wrong. What had they actually been doing for the past 3 hours?

I had hoped for a better outcome given my initial good experience, but this was very disappointing.

off my car so my wheels don’t even fit in the guards even more so with the wrong size tyres. I had to ring them and at first they wouldn’t even admit to damaging them until they were called out, they finally agreed to replace the part and it’s been months of me chasing the shop asking where the parts are. We did not get an apology. We just got told that we should be thankful that we were undercharge for our alignment. Yet I’ve already had to return and get the alignment fixed because they’ve left the spaces on, and my alignment is still not correct. Honestly what a terrible experience you shouldn’t have to chase a shop who goes on about working with luxury vehicles who damages your car and doesn’t even have the decency to apologise and chase you up to replace the part. Not to mention the fact that they wouldn’t just give us the money so we could buy new ones because they only come in a set, they wanted to make sure that we only get the exact amount of ones that were damaged even though to date we have no replacement.

Flat tyre and empty wallet – Got pulled over by a following motorist to say my rear left tyre was nearly flat, was able to use the cars on board tyre pump to get it back up and made my way to MSWTs Greens Rd Dandenong sales and work shop just before closing. about getting my tyres rotated as they've done some 25000klm and whilst they couldn't do that today they said to come back Saturday morning as a walk in or make a booking and they'd do it for me. Brilliant customer service.

Poor! – Not recommending. 4 new tyres, balance and wheel alignnment. 1 of 4 leaked and balanced wheels while caked in dirt on inside of rims. When challenged, both service tech and service manager claimed not their responsibility to clean wheels. How can you possible balance a wheel while so dirty. In effect I was told I should have removed and clean rims before booking. POOR service and 0% care factor.

worst service ever encounted – went in to purchase rims and tyres sales reps behind counter had struggle to get them off there arses to show me what rims would fit my car only wonted to sell me what they wonted to sell me offered to send me quotes to email but havnt i had over 15k to spend but did not seem to care would not recomend even walking in store now .Was also a reg… Read more

Cannot fault these guys – These guys just get it! They know how to treat their customers, they’re always polite and friendly, Jordan is always accomodating if something is urgent - he’s just a really good guy. All in all, always a great experience here. I cannot fault them - I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely poor customer service and lay blame elsewhere – Never ever go to Motorsport. Their customer service is trash and they lay blame on your driving when tyres were clearly faulty. We’re screwed over once before and gave them another chance but then to come back and have them blame driver spinning tyres for a $400 tyre lasting 4 months. would have the same wear n tear but no these tyres were purchased 12-15 months apart. Total cons and full of lies to save themselves. Took the car to another tyre place on the way home and they were disgusted at their excuses used and said on close inspection of the car there is no sign whatsoever of any evidence the car has been used to spin the wheels or street racing or burning rubber as they accused my son of doing. Sadly the company I took the car to have had more than a few complaints about Motorsport and their treatment and tendency to lay blame elsewhere when clearly in the wrong

Disapppointing – Tyre fitters take no care, over inflate and then alignment done with over inflated tyres. Rebook at 8am to fix , they have no idea, have to wait 2 hours to get it looked at. Get it right the first time and don’t waste customers time. Last time!

Excellent customer service – Excellent customer service. Went there today for 10000km tyre rotation and wheel balance, Jordan he was very helpful, he saw my wheel lock nut worn out, he replaced it free of charge without questioning. Always they have good prices, you don't have to shop around. Waiting room is very clean and free coffee soft drinks. Next time see Jordan you won't regret. Also it is a MASSIVE place

I had driven past this workshop many times and with the name and the look of the shop instantly (and incorrectly) made a judgement call without even looking into them. The workshop was massive and brand new which usually means prices are up there. These guys aren't new and anyone in the Dandenong area will probably know of them as they used to be situated on the South Gippsland Hwy, which I didn't realise until after we first used them.

But when I was looking for tyres came across them and the prices were well below what I was expecting so we went with it and have not looked back. They have an excellent website which will help you search for what you are looking for or give you a good idea on prices etc for your car. You can even book online which is one of the main reasons I initially decided to go with them for the tyres we purchased.

They have a massive range of wheels and tyres and if they don't have what you are looking for I am sure they could sort something out.

The staff I have dealt with have been nothing but professional. I called them this week when I realised while driving a nut had come loose and fallen off on the way to work. I asked if they could help and also do a wheel alignment while they were at it and they said to come down and they would sort it out asap.

I went down there, dropped the car off and went and sat in their waiting area which to be quite honest is a lot nicer than the office I work in. It even has a nice kids play area which is fenced off for the kiddies to play in while you make your choice of coffee or get a cold can of drink and watch the massive TV on the wall while seated at one of the comfy options. For me, as I was going to be late for work, there is even a desk area with USB charging points, power etc so I could sit down and work from there on my laptop while I waited. That alone is enough to make this my number 1 choice from now on.

I highly recommend these guys to anyone to at least look into before making their choice, even if it is a slight trip out of your way. They are friendly, the workshop is always super clean and they can provide excellent advice and service.
