Bought so-called “premium” tyres and had them fitted on Friday 16/05/2026. On Saturday 17/05/2026 — less than 24 hours after the service — I drove the car for the first time and immediately received a warning on the dashboard regarding the front left tyre. had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The only solution offered was an appointment for Tuesday, meaning I would be without my car for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday — despite heavily depending on it for daily activities. No assistance, guidance, or consideration was provided regarding transport alternatives, parking, or Uber costs caused by this issue.

What was particularly disappointing was that your representative was very quick to explain that I would need to pay a $160 call-out fee if the inspection concluded the issue was not your fault. However, when I asked the very reasonable question:

“If the inspection concludes the tyres were faulty or incorrectly fitted, will you reimburse me for the costs and inconvenience caused by not having access to my car for three days?”

…the only response I received repeatedly was: “we will proceed accordingly.”

That is not a clear answer, nor acceptable customer service.

I also requested a ticket/reference number for the call due to how concerning the interaction was, and instead I was simply given a phone number. The lack of professionalism and accountability throughout the process was genuinely shocking.

When someone finally attended on Tuesday, they confirmed the tyre was flat and concluded that the valve cap was leaking air. The technician then stated: “we don’t touch the cap,” which I found extremely confusing considering tyre inflation obviously involves interaction with the valve.

Overall, this entire experience has been exhausting and deeply disappointing:

* Fault detected less than 24 hours after fitting * No urgency shown to rectify the issue * Extremely poor customer service * No practical support offered despite the inconvenience caused * Loss of confidence in both the workmanship and the “premium” tyres provided

At this point, I genuinely feel uneasy driving the car and have very little confidence in the service your company provided.

Once the job was finished, Ash didn’t just pack up and leave. He took the extra time to go over the old tyres with me and pointed out the wear pattern, recommending a wheel alignment. That’s something I wasn’t aware of, and I was genuinely grateful he explained it. He could easily have just loaded the old tyres into the truck and driven off, but he spent that extra few minutes making sure I understood what needed attention.

The service I received — especially at such a great price — was outstanding. It’s hard to find that level of care and professionalism these days.

tyres could be easily refunded. The booking process was seamless and confirmed my tyre selection and my appointment. Brandon was my Technician, who provided TXT updates en route and arrived exactly at on time. Very courteous and professional and explained the process, no additional requirements needed. I explained the tyre issue and he did an assessment and advised the other three were fine and did not need replacing. He then proceeded to replace my damaged tyre (took less than 20 minutes) and contacted his account team to initiate the refund process for the three unused tyres and advised it would take a couple of days to process the refund. Process was simple and quick, and I had my tyre replaced next business day (I found the problem on Saturday evening, today is Monday) with no fuss at all. Highly recommend this wonderful service! Absolutely excellent service. Was able to get all four of my tyres changed at home - and my spare was checked - while my baby napped! Ash explained everything and was helpful with my questions. Website super easy to use, picked a date and bought my tyres all before the day. Brilliant idea and service. Will only be using these guys from now on for my tyres.

Great service from start to finish. The tyre fitting was done professionally and efficiently, and the tyre technician, Nipun, was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. Really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this tyre service.
