Houssam did a great job. He came on time, efficent, and done a good job to replace my tyre. He also ahowed me what happen of my previous tyre which had a nail puncture.
10/10 Service. The website was easy to navigate and scheduling a call out was simple. I was able to get a technician out the next day. Follow up was amazing, the technician contacted me numerous times to let me know ETA’s. I was booked between 2pm and 5pm and the technician had been a gone by 1pm. Competitive prices!!!! Would highly recommend.
Scott was absolutely fantastic! He texted on approach, arrived promptly and replaced all 4 tyres in no time at all! Add to that the convenience of having the tyres professionally replaced at home, at an unbeatable price…I would rate Mobile Tyre Shop 10 stars if I could!

balancing and tyre recycling, was carried out by Michael their very efficient tyre technician, and further recommendations were made by the technician for ways to ensure the longevity of the new tyres during future car servicing. Having tyres replaced in this way was very convenient and Mobile Tyre Shop provided that convenient service.
Such an easy process - found my tyres online, pricing was great, and they did the work in my garage really quickly. Have used this business a few times now.

From my first call on a Sat morning to prompt service on Monday morning... these guys are excellent! Friendly, informative, fair prices and great efficient service in my driveway. That saved us a lot of hassle trying to shop around for tyres and tow my car elsewhere! They removed my gashed tyre, supplied, fitted and balanced a new one... in 20min! Jacob from Mobile Tyre Shop was a pleasure to have come to us and change the tyres on our 2023 Tesla Model Y. Don’t forget that 10k tyre rotate people. Follow-up · Tyre selection was very good, even to point of sourcing a alternative match. Booking was very easy and straightforward. It took about half an hour to fit the tyres, but they were already of the vehicle.

have a no returns or refund policy. So I'm driving around on tyres that are unfit for my vehicle or I have to pay more $ for better quality tyres. Currently going through ACCC for ACL claim as this is a terrible warranty, refund policy.

Found a nail in my tyre so went looking for new tyres. All 4 were coming up for needing replacement anyway. I got on the website at 11am, found 4 for 3 deal. Booked it in, paid for it. They arrived at 1pm and were done by 2pm. Incredible service, so fast so easy. Amazing

The review is based on the working procedure followed by the operator. Tried to lift a 4x4 on the rear differential with cooling fins is not the best practice. It didn’t work instead, it gauged the surface permanently. Then trying at the rear control arms with rounded surfaces should have been avoided. Lifting the front at the lower control arms… Read more
as he couldn’t be bothered to lift at correct jacking points also not the best practice as those lower control arms could have given up on him. Jack did left its marks under the arms instead. Not using the wheel nut sockets with a plastic protector around is also not the best practice. Hurrying up the process just for the sake of completing the job should be avoided instead taking steps slowly and correctly helps finish the job in a safe manner.
I had a tyre replaced by Mobile Tyre Shop, and afterwards I noticed the tyre was slowly losing air. After having it checked, I was informed that there was a crack/damage inside the rim. extremely disappointing, especially as the issue occurred after they had replaced the tyre. I expected better workmanship and customer service. If you use this company to replace your tyres, I strongly recommend checking your rims and tyres carefully immediately after the work is completed and documenting any existing condition beforehand. Based on my experience, I found the workmanship and handling of the issue very unprofessional. I would have appreciated them properly investigating the problem rather than simply putting the blame on the customer.

Idk what to think. Quick service seemed like a nice guy got my front left tyre changed about a week later now my back left tyre is gone. I haven't even turned the car on since or moved it from the same spot. Someone must be out to get me. Just one thing after the next.
