I placed the order for delivery to my workplace at 11am ... by 2pm, the tyres had arrived ... unbelieveable. I got 2 full sets of 5 tyres for my classic old car, some cheap ONYX ones just to get it roadworthy and registered and then a full set of WINRUN330 for the alloys I intend to put on the car later. When buying tyres on the website, be prepared that you may receive old tyres, as happened in my case with the Tyroola website. The production date is 2023, that is, three years ago. I do not like this experience at all. Show details
This is exactly work. Do a four-wheel alignment only need 10 minutes! – I purchased tires from Tyroola, booked tire installation and wheel alignment. However, their partner did not perform the wheel alignment. After multiple email exchanges, they informed me 10 days later that I still couldn't obtain the wheel alignment report. In the end, I drove with the worn new tires to another Tyre shop and had the wheel alignment done again.

Inaccurate and deceptive delivery information when purchasing. When you are buying your tyres, the Tyroola website offers $100+ fee for fast delivery with a "Get it by" date to their partner tyre fitters, however, this is incorrect. The Get it by date is when the tyres get dispatched from their warehouse. This is deceptive and misleading… Read more
information to entice you into buying from them. I called to follow up but has been advised that the manager is on a meeting and it is only the manager who can authorise a fast dispatch from the warehouse. The manager does not respond to urgent requests for a call back as well.

wheels it was an impressive amount of time for them to make contact after the purchase and kept me posted start to finish then the tyres to be delivered to the mobile fitter.
Contact was made by the mobile fitter outlining the process and very soon after advised the 4 new tyres had been received by them and roughly 48 hours later, I met the installer Camron as he arrived at my place for installation and was ready to rock & roll.
It all happened so fast I had trouble keeping up, but the finished product was way beyond any expectations I had. Supercheap Auto & Tyrola both followed up after the delivery to ensure everything had arrived within the estimated timeframe and was all sorted to my satisfaction which was good also, good to see there are still companies out there that are on the ball and were genuinely interested in my opinion and how I rated my experience. So, big green ticks for all 3 parties involved.
Lastly, the knowledge, skills, care taken in working on my baby and the decent & professional attitude Camron displayed was top notch and there needs to be more than 5 stars to adequately show the calibre of the install and finished product which made a considerable difference in the smoothness of the ride I hadn't felt for quite some time plus the way the new shoes felt was like the entire surface of them was contacting the road instead of irregularly worn tyres almost impossible to drive in the wet without spinning the wheels at 80km/h - 100km/h with traction control on these sit snugly on the road.

This is the 4th time using Tyroola and I find it easy and rewarding to be able to buy what I want in tyres not what the seller advises, as I have had issues with recommended tyres that are shockers in the wet. Show 2 replies
Follow-up · The fitting was arranged as soon as the tyres arrived at the fitting station, no delay. The delivery was fast and tyroola kept me up to date with the delivery progress. All size of the tyres were available. Lots of specials available as well if one is looking for deals.

delivered to my postcode in 2 days, I order them and later on track the postage and it states delivery in 9 days, I check again and its 10 and then 12, then after I finally get them I'll have to book a time with the fitter.. so over 2 week wait time when I needed tyres NOW, I'll no doubt be getting shipped old dried out tyres they pulled out of a pile in Perth, lovely

I contacted them for a price match guarantee on four tyres, another company was offering a $10 discount per tyre if you buy FOUR tyres and they will not match it. The price match guarantee that they offer - I think it's deceptive advertising personally - so many conditions that you have to match to get it which means for most people it's not worth… Read more

I ordered tyres last Monday and they still had not arrived on FRiday- I have no car and needed to hire a car for the weekend- they delivered them to a wrong address and I cant get a response to Monday- please dont order tyres if you are in a hurry because you will be disappointed ..price might be ok but its easier to walk into a tyre store and they will price match!!

Follow-up · Hi all I did compare prices. I looked at every tyre in my budget and then some higher and lower priced to see what was available. Then I choose best bang for buck. The tyres I chose, Hankook Ventus S1Evo3 are great riding and quiet on main roads and highway speeds. Love them. Changed my tyres during winter and they handled the wet brilliantly
