When buying tyres on the website, be prepared that you may receive old tyres, as happened in my case with the Tyroola website. The production date is 2023, that is, three years ago. I do not like this experience at all. Show details
This is exactly work. Do a four-wheel alignment only need 10 minutes! – I purchased tires from Tyroola, booked tire installation and wheel alignment. However, their partner did not perform the wheel alignment. After multiple email exchanges, they informed me 10 days later that I still couldn't obtain the wheel alignment report. In the end, I drove with the worn new tires to another Tyre shop and had the wheel alignment done again.

Inaccurate and deceptive delivery information when purchasing. When you are buying your tyres, the Tyroola website offers $100+ fee for fast delivery with a "Get it by" date to their partner tyre fitters, however, this is incorrect. The Get it by date is when the tyres get dispatched from their warehouse. This is deceptive and misleading… Read more
information to entice you into buying from them. I called to follow up but has been advised that the manager is on a meeting and it is only the manager who can authorise a fast dispatch from the warehouse. The manager does not respond to urgent requests for a call back as well.

This is the 4th time using Tyroola and I find it easy and rewarding to be able to buy what I want in tyres not what the seller advises, as I have had issues with recommended tyres that are shockers in the wet. Show 2 replies
Follow-up · The fitting was arranged as soon as the tyres arrived at the fitting station, no delay. The delivery was fast and tyroola kept me up to date with the delivery progress. All size of the tyres were available. Lots of specials available as well if one is looking for deals.
Follow-up · Tyres were delivered to a Tyre fitter, delivery was within one weeks I'm not a tyre fitter to fit them myself.

Follow-up · Hi all I did compare prices. I looked at every tyre in my budget and then some higher and lower priced to see what was available. Then I choose best bang for buck. The tyres I chose, Hankook Ventus S1Evo3 are great riding and quiet on main roads and highway speeds. Love them. Changed my tyres during winter and they handled the wet brilliantly

I contacted them for a price match guarantee on four tyres, another company was offering a $10 discount per tyre if you buy FOUR tyres and they will not match it. The price match guarantee that they offer - I think it's deceptive advertising personally - so many conditions that you have to match to get it which means for most people it's not worth… Read more

I ordered tyres last Monday and they still had not arrived on FRiday- I have no car and needed to hire a car for the weekend- they delivered them to a wrong address and I cant get a response to Monday- please dont order tyres if you are in a hurry because you will be disappointed ..price might be ok but its easier to walk into a tyre store and they will price match!!

needed them. They took care of everything, have used Tyroola a few times and even with this one mixup I will definitely use them again.
Follow-up · No fitting included, used for drifting so we don't even balance them. These were Grenlander Zeal 56, hold up well to drifting in low power car, no delaminating, pretty consistent grip as they wear down. Will buy again.
