Ordered a set of tyres a major supplier in Australia said ‘weren’t available’. They were $400 cheaper than the other suppliers comparable brand. The tyres arrived in a day. The tyre shop fitted them that day. So one day from ordering to on my car. Absolutely brilliant service. Show details ·  1

I bought tyres from Tyroola, the results were better than I expected the tyres selected were replacement tyres but looked better and had more tread on them than expected, outclassed against any compared tyre I had bought ever! I contacted them for a price match guarantee on four tyres, another company was offering a $10 discount per tyre if you buy FOUR tyres and they will not match it. The price match guarantee that they offer - I think it's deceptive advertising personally - so many conditions that you have to match to get it which means for most people it's not worth… Read more

the paper it's written on. Ultimately, it's their business decision, but they've lost my business and I won't be going back to get prices from them in the future.

I ordered tyres last Monday and they still had not arrived on FRiday- I have no car and needed to hire a car for the weekend- they delivered them to a wrong address and I cant get a response to Monday- please dont order tyres if you are in a hurry because you will be disappointed ..price might be ok but its easier to walk into a tyre store and they will price match!!

Initial inquiry elicited a salesperson response but because I did not indicate immediate purchase, they have now ghosted me - no further contact from sales team despite my follow-ups. Avoid using Tyroola! Look elsewhere for better customer service responsiveness.

I recently bought two winrun tyres from Tyroola and had Mosley Machanical in Slacks Creek fit them I also payed for a wheel alignment - I could feel a slight vibration so I had a tyre shop look at the car this morning and the front tyres have both rubbed out on the side so now I’ve ordered 4 kuhmo tyres to replace them all - I don’t believe Mosley… Read more ·  1

did the wheel alignment the service they gave on the day was very poor they also damaged both rims and when I called they denied it also the car felt very firm so I stoped and checked the pressure - front left 59psi and front right 54psi I would never let them touch my car again they seem very dishonest and under trained Machanic - just thought I would let you know in case you get other complaints

Early in 2023 I purchased a set of 4 Winrun 265/45R20/108W tyres for my 2013 Mercedes R350 CDI V6 AWD Wagon.
