This is exactly work. Do a four-wheel alignment only need 10 minutes! – I purchased tires from Tyroola, booked tire installation and wheel alignment. However, their partner did not perform the wheel alignment. After multiple email exchanges, they informed me 10 days later that I still couldn't obtain the wheel alignment report. In the end, I drove with the worn new tires to another Tyre shop and had the wheel alignment done again.

getting around 90000-95000 kms on each set. I use the van as a oversize pilot vehicle allover Australia and its always fully loaded weight wise. I wont use any other tyre on this van now as they have proven themselves to be safe and long wearing. The thicker side wall help with handling and I hav'nt had a puncture with these tyres despite being on all road conditions.

did the wheel alignment the service they gave on the day was very poor they also damaged both rims and when I called they denied it also the car felt very firm so I stoped and checked the pressure - front left 59psi and front right 54psi I would never let them touch my car again they seem very dishonest and under trained Machanic - just thought I would let you know in case you get other complaints

I contacted them for a price match guarantee on four tyres, another company was offering a $10 discount per tyre if you buy FOUR tyres and they will not match it. The price match guarantee that they offer - I think it's deceptive advertising personally - so many conditions that you have to match to get it which means for most people it's not worth… Read more

I ordered tyres last Monday and they still had not arrived on FRiday- I have no car and needed to hire a car for the weekend- they delivered them to a wrong address and I cant get a response to Monday- please dont order tyres if you are in a hurry because you will be disappointed ..price might be ok but its easier to walk into a tyre store and they will price match!!

The mechanic I chose fitted my new tyre perfectly with a test drive after the fitting. The only reason not to give 5 stars is that the order was delivered to the fitter later than expected. With the online world being 'click click click, sometimes operator error gets you. For me, despite the warnings to check, I got the trye size wrong. A single phone call to Erl and it was fixed, original transaction reversed and the right size on its way in a matter of minutes. Now THAT is service !! Show reply

Service was great when I had a slow leak in the tyre. They recommended a few options or take to a repairer if I couldn't find the issue. Took to repairer to get fixed (a screw was embedded into the tyre) and Tyroola reimbursed me for the repair as I took out cover for the tyres when I bought them. I had tracking information within a couple of hours of ordering, both sets arrived at the freight depot a couple of days later. I recently purchased a single tyre from Tyroola and was disappointed with the overall experience. The local Bridgestone Select tyre fitter recommended by Tyroola immediately tried to convince me to replace all of my tyres (so they could increase their fitting fee), despite my clear instructions that I only needed one. arrived, they delayed fitting it for three days, which was unnecessarily inconvenient and irritating.
Unfortunately, I was only told that I had ordered the wrong tyre/rim size. While I accept that this was my error, I was annoyed to learn that Tyroola charges an excessive $95 return fee per tyre, even when the replacement tyre is being delivered and the return could be collected at the same time. This policy feels unreasonable and unfair, especially when the original delivery fee was only $38.
I have since found another local tyre supplier offering the same tyre for $50 less than their best price, with free and faster delivery to the Brisbane metro area.
Overall, this experience has left me disappointed. Between the slow delivery, poor fitting service, and unreasonable return fee, I will not be purchasing from Tyroola again and will not recommend them to others.

I received a text telling me my tyres are at the tyre fitting partners place. I rung the tyre fitter, he informed me no tyres have arrived. Both him and I rung tyroola, they informed me they would ring back in 10 mins after they rung the warehouse to check the location. No phone call back that day so I rung again the following day. to talk to and no idea where the tyres are. Somehow they found a supervisor not on leave and offered to replace the delivery charge and send out new tyres. This was all over the period of 3 days. Without a doubt the worse customer service and no accountability. I now have a car that cannot be driven until the tyres are replaced. I canceled the order and went with my local tyre shop. You might think you are saving a few dollars, but the time and worry of dealing with this unprofessional business is not worth our precious time and effort. NEVER AGAIN!
