These guys have the best Customer service and tyre business in Carrum Downs. They always fit you weather it would be wheel alignments, puncture, rotate and balance ect. After placing an order for wheels and tyres I was advised that these would not fit. Hilly was on to it and made recommendations for other styles. I ended up choosing the pro drag wheels which I was not aware came in 17x8. Hilly looked after the entire process and advised the where being picked and arrived 3 days later. Look elsewhere – Beware of these guys. They recommend wheels to me that are not legal $3800 loss. Got ticket for 16mm to high. Asked store to sort it out. Response was not our problem. Check with other tyre companies before wasting your money here

Follow-up · The wheels are still great but the purchase was supposed to come with a free dashcam. They were out of stock at the time of purchase so said they would follow up in the coming weeks. Still no contact.

The men at Ozzy tyres brendale Harry and Roni are unreal, they have always looked after me and my partner for tyres rims lifts and much more i wouldnt recommend anyone else as they go above and beyond to get the us right price and great service provided, I would not go any where else other then ozzy tyres (BRENDALE). Very disappointed with Ozzy Tyres. I bought a wheels and tyres package in May 2026. I later discovered the tyres were manufactured in 2014 and are already showing cracks. I understand I should have checked the date, but I trusted that "brand new" meant recently manufactured tyres. I asked for a replacement or a warranty but was refused because I had used them for several months. Very disappointing experience.
I found the wheels and tyres I wanted both were on back order so I made an online inquiry I was advised there would be a 6/7 week wait for them to arrive and that I would be contacted. My email sent 5/9 to head office was ignored I got no reply. Ank at the Welshpool store was helpful and after a couple of interaction I requested my deposit be refunded, to his credit this was actioned the same day which I did appreciate.
Why both the wheel and tyre option I originally selected is still being displayed on their site is hard to understand as they are clearly not being supplied so buyer beware.
BE VERY WARY We ordered a set of rims the website said were IN STOCK 12 weeks ago. We never received any communication from them after our order was placed that they were NOT in stock, and we were never told they were backordered until we enquired where they were. to be told there was an ordering error and it would be another 6 weeks. We have tried to cancel the order as we have been forced to buy new tyres for our old wheels in the meantime due to the delay, which now defeats the purpose of getting the new rims. They refuse to cancel the order despite our legal right to do so based on Aust. Consumer Law. The latest is they are 2 weeks away from their warehouse so now a further delay because of shipping from a warehouse.
We have called the Perth shop and they can't help, they promised to get someone to call but that never happened either.
We have called the 1300 number listed on the website and their emails multiple times, only to be told they cant help, they are not head office and they claim head office can only be contacted by email. We pointed out to this person that the company website lists that phone number and that address as head office he claimed he knew nothing about that.
Every email we get says call the 1300 number so we call and again it just goes around in circles. Nobody knows anything.
The unsigned email sender refuses to call us. They refuse to provide a head office address for the service of legal documents.
Everything might be good when the sale goes well, but, the real measure of an organisation is how they deal with things when it does not go well, and this organisation has failed completely.

This turned into a 3-month nightmare involving 5 completely clueless employees and threats of legal action just to get them to fix their own garbage work.
Here is exactly how pathetic and dishonest Ozzy Tyres is:
* They will happily rip you off at checkout: They tried to charge me full price for my initial order. I had to literally point out to them that they had a 25% off storewide sale running. They didn't offer it willingly; I had to alert them to their own sale just to get the proper price.
* They can't even count to five: I purchased a set of 5 wheels. When the order arrived, these geniuses had only ordered 4 rims. I had to waste even more of my time going back to the shop yet again just to get what I actually paid for.
* A 6-year-old child is smarter than their mechanics: After screwing up the first time, they ordered a second set of rims that they swore would fix the fitment issue. It didn’t. They actually tried to hand the car back to me pretending it was perfect. My 6-year-old son spotted that the tyres were still poking out instantly. A child can do basic fitment math, but the "professionals" at Ozzy Tyres just stood there looking stunned.
* A completely useless Head Office: I lost track of how many times I called their head office. They repeatedly promised me phone calls back and promised solutions, but it was all lies. Instead of actually handling the issue, they just kept dumping me back onto useless Andy.
* Cowardly leadership: Andy, the owner, is an absolute shocker. The kid is entirely out of his depth, completely clueless, and flat-out lies at every single step. When you call him out on his blatant mistakes, he hands you off to staff, and when I finally got in front of him he wanted to fight me in the car park, but ran to get his staff for backup first as he lacks the spine to do anything himself.
* Andy crying about losing money: When they finally had to face reality, Andy actually had the nerve to whine to me that they were "losing money" on the job. Cry me a river, Andy. You lost money because you have no clue what you’re doing. You created this entire problem—enjoy fixing it.
In the end I had to threaten legal action to get them to fix the problem they created. Wheels don’t fit but I had to get flares to make it legal. Absolute Joke!
Ozzy Tyres is a second-rate, dishonest operation run by cowboys. They will screw up your car, lie to your face, try to overcharge you, give you the runaround between head office and the shop, and then cry about losing money when they are forced to fix their own mistakes. Avoid them at all costs.
