that OE tyres and standard tyres are identical inside, except for the OE stamp marking. This is completely false and misleading. The whole experience felt dishonest. I had to go through my bank to get a refund. Would not recommend buying online from Ozzy Tyres.
Got a new set to go with our Sealion Seal, guys on chat were helpful in assisting with which ones to get. Ended up getting one of the new sets on clearance ata bargain price.
After placing an order for wheels and tyres I was advised that these would not fit. Hilly was on to it and made recommendations for other styles. I ended up choosing the pro drag wheels which I was not aware came in 17x8. Hilly looked after the entire process and advised the where being picked and arrived 3 days later. Fitments spot on and looks great

Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Hilley . He understood exactly what we were after and gave other options to choose from. We actually picked one of his suggestions. Got my wheels and tyres package delivered yesterday. The first thing that impressed me was the way they were packaged to prevent damage in transit. No marks at all. I put the wheels on my vf commodore and what a transformation it made. They clear my hsv brakes no problem. The wheel nuts are great as well. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ozzy Tyres to anyone. They are great people to deal with.

Got some mags fitted by these guys. Initially nobody bothered to measure the offset on my van even though I brought it up about not having the wheels sitting to far under the van like the stock wheels do.. Once the wheels arrived and were installed… Read more
it was clear that they weren't right. The store contacted their head office and the head office said that my van needs a .15 offset and sent 2 new wheels with the correct offset. But only for the back because the backed looked worse than the front.
However late last year I went to have new tyres put on the vehicle as the ones that came with the wheels created a lot of road noise. The tyre place called me to say the front wheels wouldn't turn to a full lock with hitting the inner guard and that it had been rubbing. They also questioned why Ozzy tyres put an offset only on the back wheels when they said Ozzy tyres would have been aware that the front needed to be offset as well to allow for the wheels to turn without hitting.
Ive emailed Ozzy tyres which they responded too asking for my receipt. I forwarded this to them, Ive followed up 3 times and got nothing back??
Hence why I'm wasting more of my time posting this review in the hope that nobody else puts their trust in these guys when they shouldn't.
I'm not sure what to do now, Ive tried using shims to push them out, but the bolts only allow a small amount before you can't get the thread on.. I'm now running the back wheels on the front, but that has caused them to rub on the outside of the guard and the back looks ridiculous so far under the van

said they should arrive to the local store on Friday 23rd so again expecting to be able to get them fitted in the afternoon. Then I receive notice that the tyres & wheels were only dispatched today on the 23rd and now expected arrival is 27th

Follow-up · Instore communications were fast - they called and fitted them on the day The team at Ozzy Ipswich are on the ball - next time I will deal with them direct as they would be quicker, more efficient and actually earn the sale(I believe your local store that fits then doesn't get the sale just the fitting fee)

Bought a set of 4 rims to suit a VX Commodore. When they arrived, the tyre shop called me out to see them. There were burr marks on 2 of the rims from machining the stud holes and the paint/powder coating has been damaged. The other 2 rims had been… Read more
REDRILLED to suit the 120mm pcd. I was told that they had to drill the correct PCD, but was led to believe that the rims were blanks, and not previously drilled and plugged ones. When I called the shop to complain that I did not receive what I had paid for and wanted my money back, I was told in no uncertain terms that IF they took them back, I would have to pay a 25% handling and restocking fee + freight + a service fee! So effectively it would cost me more than $500 to return a faulty product. They asked for photos, which I provided 3 times. Each time, I was told that the email was not received. I sent email to 3 different address and also photos to the online sales guy, [Name Removed]. He even sent my his mobile number so I could send photos to him. I have received NO RESPONSE from him since then either. This was on the 1st October 2025. Several phone calls were made and received on the day, but I have had no response from them since. I lodged a complaint with the ACCC (Business and consumer affairs Ref #236030), but so far nothing has come of it. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone!
Follow-up · The tyre shop has blatantly refused to come to the party still. No further contact from them at all. Very poor indeed. At least another 800+ people are aware of this situation through this review. Small satisfaction.

Thought I had a tyre puncture and took my car in In a mad panic as I am driving to Philip Island today for my son’s Wedding. After thoroughly checking all 4 tyres , no puncture was detected by the team. Very grateful for their honesty, and attention to detail and friendly, speedy service. Well done!! your drivers licence, many other obscenities along with just poor and rude behaviour. Thankfully head office made him release the goods to me but still not acceptable. I would a billion percent avoid the Toowoomba store and [Name Removed]. I have a recording of the whole incident and have made a complaint to head office but have not got a reply. Very disappointing
Bought tyres & rims 2025. Had them fitted on Merceds Vito as said the tyres were suitable for the model, dicovered since they were not & have now had new tyres put on again elsewhere. Expensive exercise of another $970 for 4 tyres within 12 months. Owner asked us to call which we did re issue said would give $200 in goodwill but never did. couldn’t be changed. Lied and told me about 8 hours after the order that the tyres were fitted and so no refunds - I asked for evidence and he couldn’t provide it - 3 days later got the confirmation it had been shipped to their store. I told him as per their terms and conditions I was still not obliged to pay if the wrong tyres had been fitted (as [Name Removed] knew the wrong ones were ordered) and then [Name Removed] stopped responding for a week - eventually I had to call his work colleagues who were very helpful and got me in contact with him, he was then aggressive on the phone and I asked to speak with his manager, he said he’d get them to call me and never did.
Please buy the tyres separately, it’s $800 cheaper and saves you so much hassle dealing with people like [Name Removed].
Currently dealing with a NSW fair trade tribunal against them now alongside my bank investigating them.
