dining table ($1 200) was broken because the workers lifted the table using the glass top, NOT the base as I told them several times. Can't be repaired, needed to be thrown out!! Boxes clearly marked FRAGILE were placed under boxes marked HEAVY BOOKS! I sent MANY photos of damage, breakages and damage to my new property. After the move ( boxes in incorrect rooms, furniture in wrong rooms, leather lounge placed leather side down on tiles, bamboo flooring badly scratched, broken and damaged furniture and more.. ) [name removed] returned to "correct" problems! This caused more damage (damage to leather bed is SO bad that it needs to be replaced!!) and furniture was reassembled incorrectly and caused more damage. A lot of breakages to glassware which are irreplaceable!!!! Eventually he asked whether I wanted compensation or insurance claim (4th time mentioned). I said that I needed it finished ASAP so I could move on. Even though he has ALL information and photos for insurance claim he kept insisting on visiting to "fix" things. Today, after another no-show and no followup to messages, I called him. I asked him again for his insurance details so that I could contact them direct, he said that now that I'm demanding money, and that I'm obviously talking to a solicitor, to get them to contact him and then he hung up!!!! Very professional !?!?!?! I think NOT!!!! I moved end of February 2018 - it is now Mid July....... 4 1/2 months!!!! IF it was possible to replace / repair my belongs and hire trades people to fix damaged driveway, front fence, marked interior walls and scratched bamboo flooring it would be close to $10 000!!!! So what to do????? What rights do I have??? [name removed] is unprofessional, a bully (to his staff and to me) and someone who thinks he can do what he wants and get away with it!!!!!

many smoke breaks. Most of the time it was just one guy doing the work and the other taking breaks. The move took so much longer than expected, even after we phoned the company to express concern at the time it was taking. Mud was walked into our brand new home. Furniture that was re-assembled was put together incorrectly. And to top it off, one of them clogged our brand new toilet (without saying a word) so that a plumber had to be called (which we insisted they did). No apology, no follow-up. This was a terrible experience and we would never recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent Experience – It was a smooth and great transition from our rental property to our new home by the two gentlemen that took care of our move. They were very efficient with time management. Friendly problem free service – From quote to delivery we experienced friendly service and no problems with our 3 bedroom move from Sydney to Gold Coast. Pick up and delivery was on time, with no damage to our furniture.

DISGUSTING!! – Absolutely DISGUSTING!! *USE AT YOUR OWN RISK* Workers were constantly taking smoke breaks. REFUSED to move our fridge into the house, REFUSED to put furniture and gym equipment where we wanted when they delivered our stuff to our new house. he promised to get the damaged lounges and gym equipment repaired and then we have not heard back from them.

Every time we ring them to find out what is going on, the RUDE receptionist just hangs up!! We have tried ringing 3 times and she immediately hangs up when she find out who we are.

We are lodging a complaint to Department of Fair trading and will be taking full legal action against this DISGUSTING company!! Nothing Terrible, unprofessional and down right rude.

Shore in the near future, even though they don't usually service this area. I would highly recommend Mount Annan Removals, particularly for an interstate move. Great service. Mindful of my belongings. Friendly, fast & efficient!!
