Mova Z60 Ultra Roller Complete Robot Vacuum

The Z60 Ultra was a replacement after docking issues with the Z50. The Z60 was a brilliant machine. We were so impressed with the clean floors at the end of the day. It did a really good job vacuuming and mopping. Mind you - this machine retailed for $2999 so - I don't think it was too much to expect a decent quality job. 3 months later the mop error started. Then 6 weeks of back and forth with Mova. Finally, as I was packing it up to ship back, the robot started up while wrapped up in bubble wrap! Jeez ...
Mova was actually pretty good offering a replacement after that. I don't know though - i really question whether the consumer is being treated like test dummies for these manufacturers ... I don't think the reliability is there yet. The Z60 worked great ... until it didn't.
Shout out also to Harvey Norman for giving me the bricks and mortar protection. I read so many bad reviews on these robots - especially when their purchased on line from the manufacturer. I won't ever do that.
Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $2,500.

After owning the iRobot Roomba Combo J9+, switching to the Mova Z60 has been a huge upgrade in both performance and value. The biggest difference is the mopping, the Roomba mostly wiped dirt around, while the Z60’s roller mop actually scrubs and leaves my floors feeling genuinely clean and sanitary, which is a game changer with indoor pets. It’s also much quieter, so I can watch TV while it runs (something I could never do with the Roomba), and the dirty water tank really shows how much grime it removes compared to what the Roomba missed. Overall, the Mova Z60 feels far more advanced, effective, and worth the money, especially considering how expensive the Roomba was for much less impressive results.
