Awful Experience – Don't bother! We had the worst experience with this company. Job was quoted and locked in for 2pm - 4pm on a Thursday afternoon and they called at 3.30 to say they were another 1.5 hours away. Rescheduled for that Saturday and then the morning of the job they called to say the price was wrong and they needed to charge us more, they hadn't even made it the house to see what they were moving yet! Spent 15 minutes on the phone to a "manager" just to have him hang up on me. Absolute scam!

SCAM - DO NOT USE - SHARE WITH YOUR FRIENDS – Hired movers at the last minute, they were over an hour late to the job. Took 7 hours and 3 truck trips, still did not get all items from our home. Damaged our front decking, my daughters bedroom wall and scratched our brand new floor boards. Also damaged my daughters bed, our dryer and my daughters chest of draws with black marks. Booked them in to take items upstairs. Refused to take anything upstairs and continued to stack everything in the hallway. Then on the last drop they refused to unload our last lots of items until we paid. We were told by their Head Office to contact them in an e-mail with the information about the damage for compensation. We just got a response from them today stating that they will only take responsibility for the damage on the front decking. They blamed my husband for helping to move items from their vehicle which they believed caused damaged to them. How's that? Blaming your customers for damaging their own items. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! They are scammers.

Horrible experience - do not use – I hired them to conduct the move of my place on the assurance from their website and sales representative that they were experts at moving grand pianos. I booked in my 7ft grand and household items, and when they turned up on the day they had no idea what to do, didn’t have a trolley, didn’t know how to disassemble it, and would not move it. One said he had a mate who could move it, but when I spoke to the “mate”, he’d been called up off a google search and never met the guy. Our piano still has not been picked up!

They also damaged the stairs, for which we were offered $20!! Almost every stair has chips and paint taken out.

They also underquoted the truck sizes, and I was left with a chunk of my items in a neighbours garage, which I had to hire a truck myself and move. When I said I could hire a larger truck for them, none of them had truck licenses!

Honestly the worst moving experience I’ve had, and I warn everyone off them - especially if you have a piano!
