Wow what a move! – I had 2 bedroom house. And Garry and his partner Hary was so efficient. It was a fair bit of drive from ny house a to b but they made it soo stress-free. They moved my stuff with so much care and in a good pace/safe too. We were done by 3.5 hours. And i was quoted between 2-4 by office staff! Just amazing how accurate and efficient there service was. Keep up the great work guys!

Don’t use this company – After doing a lot of research, I decided to use this company because of all the glowing reviews. I was moving a 2 bed apartment, 32 boxes all packed, sofa, queen bed, tv unit, buffet and washing machine. I expected it to take 4 hours maximum as no distance to travel and simply move from one apartment block to another.

Well how wrong could I be, I was greeted by 2 very polite gentleman, who did not look cut out as removalists. I explained what had to be done and as I had deliveries left them to it.

They had one trolley and that was it, the dolly was broken and as I found out these guys were joined at the hips! My son caught one of them trying to fix my butchers trolley (wheel had snapped off) they denied it, and when I went to move it the whole trolley collapsed. My furniture was left for long periods of time unattended, after unpacking I found 3 paintings missing which have never been recovered.

After about the 4 Th time of them MIA I sent my son down to have a word as I was ready to explode - he asked politely if they could hurry up as we had a 5 hour window to get it done. They became irate and told my son that it was a hard job and they couldn’t go any faster.

When it got to 6.30pm they still hadn’t finished and I was asked for them to leave as they were breaching the body corporate rules, or face being fined. They had to do 2 runs as they loaded the van incorrectly, so still had my washing machine and they hadn’t even attempted to move items from the storage cage.

After asking the body Corp to let them just put my washing machine into my new apartment they agreed.

From start to finish which they didn’t finish as my storage cage had to be done the following day which took myself little over an hour, they were with me for just over 11 hours!

I was speaking to the owner throughout the day who kept telling me what a hard job it is and they are trying their best. He said he’d give me $50 discount for my butchers trolley. I negotiated the owner to half of what he was asking to be paid which in my eyes for the stress I went through was far too much.

Please whatever you do, don’t go off websites feedback as it’s all made up, come on here and get a trusted review, if I can save one person going through what I went through then it was worth writing this comprehension.
