Poor customer service for long time customer – Terrible online ordering system, website error sent me a delivery I did not order and I was refused a refund even though I have been a customer since their inception. Quality has been lacking recently so my decision to cancel future orders was easy.
Just amazing – We've tried a few box delivery companies in the past and always found it cheaper to go to the shops. We save stacks of money with Real Food Grocer and time; and their produce tastes so good and lasts weeks without even going into my fridge. Customer service is great too, once I got a bad punnet of strawberries. The next week I got 2 punnets free. Love the new name and the new website is so much easier than the supermarkets.
Disgusting Company – I had decided to use an Australian owned company to support Australian farmer's. This company has now forced me back into the aisle of Woolworth's and Coles. To cut a long story short I had tried to do my order via their new website REAL FOOD GROCER on a Friday night, failed and got an error message. I email as they were taking emails on Saturday from 11 until 2. No answer. I tried again on Sunday morning, same error message. I took a screen shot luckily to prove myself and emailed again, no answer. I phone Monday 3 times, no answer and left messages on the message bank. I email again to say about my order not showing what I wanted delivered. This time I get 2 back from 2 different people confirming 1. They got my order and 2. They got MY order, not the standard order and what I wanted will be delivered. Nope, come 8pm 2 women show up with the standard family order $260.00. I send it back, not my order. Many emails have now gone back and forth and the outcome is this.
1. Apparently I did not press Send. Not he first person apparently this week. WHAT. No refund.
2. We got your email Saturday and if they had their time again they would read it. No refund.
3. I missed the 12pm Sunday cut off order time and they don't have an order from me. No refund.
4. Take me to the ACCC. No refund.
I have no put a complaint in to the ACCC as his suggestion and have lodged a dispute as he has charged my card. His emails back to me a degrading, people blaming and I find as [name removed] repeatedly tells you he is the business owner. As of Tuesday 12.30 I still did not know if I had to shop for the family. I finally find out I had too as no -one answers the phone (suspicious) I now am out of pocket for groceries I didn't get and then had to shop and he tells me he can't afford to refund. I had done everything I could to make contact to make sure I would receive the stuff I wanted not what he wanted to clear. Such a worm to try and rip people off. More people need to stand up for themselves and say No more mate.
DO NOT USE this company.
Rotten Fruit for $35 – We set up a fortnightly delivery of fruit and vegetables through this company. However our first delivery contained only rotten, bug ridden fruit & vegetables. It was also a day late. This is a scam. The fruit & veg looks like it came from the bin at coles. I wish i could attach the photos.
