agencies and they didn't send a single document or invoice in their handover. they were petty and kept keys.

Honestly save your 8.8% in fees when the average agency charged 6.6%. they are nothing special.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Never returned my phone calls last week regarding renting a property, and didn't show up to a letting inspection made through www.realestate.com.au Multiple people were waiting for them today, but they were a no-show.

emails and just lies. Our entry report showed the house was dirty and gardens overgrown. But she hammered us in the exit report even though it was so much cleaner than when we entered. No wear and tear taken into consideration. Put things in the exit report for us to fix that were like that when we moved in, house was empty for 2 weeks before exit was done and she complained about dust, of course there was dust. Said the fans had build up of dust. It was rust not dust. And was also on the entry report. We went back and water blasted the outside. Did nothing to the inside ignored all her [Content Removed] issues, funnily enough when She re inspected she said she was happy now with the inside. Luckily I put in for a bond refund straight away as the real estate are given 2 weeks to put in a claim. That 2 weeks was up Monday and rta automatically refunded the bond in full to me. But I am still waiting since last week for [Name Removed] to respond to my email asking if there is any update on our bond. I feel for anyone dealing with MPM and [Name Removed]. Worst real estate and terrible agent. Thanks for nothing guys. Maybe learn by all the bad reviews a 20 plus year old house will never look brand new especially when it was not in great condition at the start of the tenancy 4 years ago. You are ridiculous.  Follow-up  · Initial rent was $660, last rent was $890 The property was dirty when we moved in with overgrown gardens paint drips down the walls and some doors had been patched with gloss paint when the door was Matt. They have apologised for how [Name Removed] treated us. I did ask for an apology from [Name Removed] as I felt it was warranted for the person that treated us badly to apologise herself but that never happened. Tanya

The WORST real estate agent you can imagine. They will schedule inspections and claim they didn’t turn up to then schedule new ones. They will put one person on the entry notice and have others turn up ( in thongs). Walking around laughing and breaking items ( aircon) if my daughter wasn’t home they would have properly tried to charge me for it.… Read more

They even asked my 15 year old daughter who was in bed if she wanted to be in the photos, when I bought this up they just make excuses and say it’s been taken out of context . They will try to get you for damages even though they are on the entry report. When you bring up issues they deny or lie. I rented the property for almost 7 years without any issues until MPM took over. If I could give a 0 star I would!

I have proof in relation to all of this! .

basically the bottom of the barrel in service by this agency!! Left over 5 days without Hot Water and basic human need because and I quote "my owner was on holidays". The "issue" with the property was not only ignored, the previous requests to fix it were deleted from the propertyme app (I had taken screenshots as proof just in case), the routine inspections weren't even attended by my agent, however, she advised of work that needed to be done such as "dusting the fans" by viewing the photos that another office worker had taken. Would I recommend this agency to a perspective tenant, absolutely not!!! I've had some terrible agents in my time by MPM and my owner took the cake!! I've even report the property & agent to the required agencies for further investigation even after moving out in the hope future tenants aren't treated so badly. I just hope for future tenants the 1400mm crack in the ceiling is fixed because that and the movement in the property DO NOT meet the minimum housing standards that came into place in September 2024!!! I rented the property for $655 and it's not relisted at $760 and in the state it's in someone "desperate" will take it, but I can assure you it isnt worth it!!! Greedy!!

 Follow-up  · To follow up on questions no pest control was never handled let alone acknowledged. Rental increase was not explained just issued a letter of increase, attempted to negotiate but was met with a solid no. And if I couldnt afford it to move on. The ceiling crack was there when I moved in, mentioned multiple times but nothing was ever done.

It is disheartening to see a company prioritize profit over the basic needs and stability of those who rely on them for housing.

Zero concern for landlords' money! – When tenants requests for repairs and maintenance, they just pass it on without checking if it is necessary. the test was negative it was denied and they was not even apologetic for providing inaccurate advice. There was a leak issue which kept recurring and the previous agent spent a lot of time trying to investigate. MPM sent a plumber and was fixated on their recommendation to replace the whole shower which cost us almost $7K! We tried to ask them to look further into it and all they did was try to obtain more quotes to replace the shower. Meanwhile, they adviced if we do not repair this quickly the tenants can make claims that this is below minimum living standards (there is another shower and bathroom in the house). Being interstate, we are reliant on the agent to act on our best interest and felt our hands were tied. After 2 months of replacing the shower, the leak is back! Agent claims they are not the expert and we are responsible as we authorised the repairs. We have properties in various states and over 18 years, MPM is without doubt the WORST! Other agents find ways to investigate and rectify issues. MPM passes the buck to the landlords and takes no responsibilities of their advice. We only went with MPM because the agent prior sold their business to them. I reached out to the previous agent and gave them the feedback. Their response was we are one of many complaints they have received! If you have no concerns about spending lots of money on repairs and maintenance, want to be treated like you are part of a production line, then entrust your investment properties with them!
