Zero after sales service – I bought a few products from [Name Removed] but I found some small issues after my install that I emailed questions to [Name Removed] about. One was about my 5048GK switching to running the fan at flat speed even at night. Even after a couple of emails I heard nothing back from [Name Removed]. So I spent $3,500 and didn't even get product advice during the warranty period.
