Terrible customer service from the get-go – This company was referred to directly by LG. Unfortunately the positivity stops there. Initial contact was made requesting for a quote on 23/9. Requested info was sent on the same day. A week later, no communication. When I re-requested for the quote, I was told coldly that "no record of receiving the documents". Emails after emails forwarded to the admin [Name Removed], she finally acknowledged receiving these documents. This was on 30/9. Now a week after, no quote was made. The admin made it sound like I was applying for a "job". The requested info was just a bill and photo of a switchboard which I can just easily tell how much electricity was used and whether my home was single phase or triple phase. Anyway, to cut the story short, stay away from this company if you want less trouble down the road. Imaging the quotation process took weeks to yield no outcome, what would you get from this company if trouble arises? Unfortunately, your admin [Name Removed] has just driven a potentially valuable customer away. Bad service that's all I can say.
Hi there, thank you for your response. A return call many months after initial request as compared to all other companies that I dealt with can say a lot of thing about your customer service, also during the height of COVID19, no matter how many you claimed you have completed. It's only a quote. If it takes months to contact a customer for a simple quotation of price, then how long will it take to response to customer's issues? But thanks for your delayed response to quotation, it's lucky that I got my solar installed by another reputable companies with much better services and they have been very responsive from the start and for any issues.

We did leave several voice and text messages both recently and at the time you required a quote from us but we didn’t receive a response. Sydney was in the midst of COVID issues at the time including lock downs so I’m not surprised there was communication issues.
