Excellent customer service – We had our rug and couches cleaned by Mr Neate this week, and I was impressed with their responsiveness in setting up my first booking. I was also impressed with how their staff turned up on time and did a thorough job in cleaning our rug and couches. I loved how nothing had to be moved and everything dried reasonably quickly. He was on time to the appointment which I was able to arrange via email, which was very convenient. Competitive price with no hidden extras, I was charged as quoted.
