Great Customer Service and Advice – Went to look at a few spin bikes and gym matts. Dan provided me with some great advice and tips on what to look for when buying gym gear. Very good prices on new and used bikes and other gym gear. Even the used gear looked in excellent condition. Awesome deals and great service. Check out Mr Treadmill facebook site also. Awesome service and pricing – We went to Mr Treadmill looking for some gym mats. Dan served us and provided us with not just excellent customer service but the best pricing in town. Not only did we leave with gym mats but also a Rig and a whole lot of other gear including some good freebies. Great service Mr Treadmill and you will certainly see us again.

Great Customer Service – We went to Mr Treadmill looking for a reliable and affordable treadmill and the salesperson was very friendly and informative. He provided some great advice in helping us settle on the best treadmill for our needs and price range. The Would definitely come back if we ever needed another treadmill.

Spare part service – I dropped in to Mr Treadmill to ask about a problem that I was having with a treadmill purchased elsewhere and found the person that served my to be very helpful in showing me what the issue could be and then looked for and found the replacement part that I required. A great outcome.

Worse hire company ever – Manager / Owner very apathetic on the phone and quick to charge your credit card but not so interested in the details. His delivery men (not from his company) couldn’t work out how to get a treadmill into a standard door. apart and get it into my place. Again. Keep in mind I have a standard door frame. Then when I got annoyed by it al he said ‘to be honest I don’t give a sxxx as I don’t make much from rentals’. Great attitude to have for someone that runs a rental business. .
