Never use – Terrible company to deal with still fighting for a refund 4months after he agreed to return. PayPal wouldn’t do anything as I was out with the 180 days when I raised the claim as I tried to raise it after he didn’t send refund. Ignores emails, calls, social media posts. Absolutely terrible company and customer service should never have bought anything from him after I had a previous issue.

another 4 weeks for the product to be dispatched with all sorts of excuses about delays and holidays in Italy etc etc. Once the lights funally arrived and were fitted, it was determined that they were faulty.

The business owner was then contacted immediately and sent a video showing the problem and he replied amazingly the next day, (which was quite surprising because he doesn't like communicating with his customers). He said that he would get onto it and find out what was going on.

2 weeks later, I still had not heard anything. I contacted him and he eventually then a further 2 weeks later, said yeah, he'd spoken to the. Manufacturer and just told them to send a new pair to replace the ones I had.

After 6 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything or seen any package. So I tried to contact him again. After 11 emails, 4 attempted phone calls, and multiple contacts through his website portal, he just refused to acknowledge anything at all!!

I luckily paid with PayPal, and they then investigated the case. He did not reply the PayPal, so they refunded my money (just 10 days before the 180 day buyer protection expires. I cant help but think that his delaying tactics were aimed at drawing things out until the 180 day period had passed..

Do not deal with this guy. Based on my experience he just can't be trusted to do the right thing- he has an unending list of excuses to cover up his failures.
