Best gym in Mackay – I could not recommended this gym enough , I was so happy with my weight loss progress.I did personal training with Kay for my wedding I have never felt or looked better. It’s been a couple of years sense I’ve done pt but I’ve kept my membership and have seen the progress of expanding the gyms and how much equipment and thought is put into muscle garden. If you want to feel motivated and not judged definitely a gym worth joining. Can’t wait to get back to where I was!!

It’s worth it – This gym is amazing. Service, friendliness and welcome - spot on. Equipment is clean, kept tidy, and well maintained. I have not been disappointed at any stage of membership.

Muscle Garden Gym Mackay – Advertising no contract membership is incorrect, they have a minimum 3 month locked in period, a $5 penalty per week, and when you contact [name removed] he is smart in ignoring his own advertising and only saying you sign up for 3 months but given his then advertising no locked in contract. My second and last visit was interesting the equipment I used didn't work. Would give no star if i could.
