Great Prices, Knowledgeable and Helpful Staff and My Favourite Store ! – I have been a customer for over 10 years and have always found the staff nice and easy to talk too and very helpful. They are the first shop I ring, when I find a new interesting piece of gear to spend my money on and they have always looked after me and gotten items in especially for me, if they could, more times than I can remember. This store is a no fuss, honest to goodness “Straight Shooter”. They will move Heaven and Earth to help you, if at all possible.

Most of the staff are active musos, gigging and have great insite into the music industry.

I am now such a loyal customer that if they can’t get the item in for me, I actually think twice about even getting it. That is a testament to how comfortable I feel dealing with the staff. I actually trust them and that is rare nowadays.

They always go above and beyond, for their customers and are very helpful! Chasing down their supply chains, Sourcing items and are Tactful when leaving messages (wife friendly).
