The Best Musical Instrument Store in Melbourne – I've dealt with the staff on numerous occasions, and they have been really helpful. My favorite aspect with this store is that you can just walk in and pick up any guitar and test it out - you can test the pedals as well. There's no 'customer profiling' like some other stores, and guitars hanging out of reach.... it's a real 'musician' centric store. The prices are THE BEST in Australia.

Musical Instruments On Consignment – This organization takes your music Instrument on consignment for 20% of sale. I put my vintage guitar with them. They did not provide any documentation, even after promising to send acknowledgment email. After 1 week I Lowered the price. They did not provide any acknowledgement, even after promising to send email. After 1 more week I was not comfortable with them and picked up my guitar - removing it from sale. Once again they promised a closure email - nothing. I examined my guitar to find multiple scratches on the lower side with a small piece of skin peeled off. They provide no care for the instrument, no respect and and no regard for the customer .AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
