Stay away from my Best Buy.com.au – Bought it on 15 Jan 2023. Had to keep chasing them until it eventually turned up in March 2023. Turbo mop didn't work (electrically inert). Requested returns number and they kept asking for me to send an image and description of why the turbo mop didn't work, They eventually gave up on replying to my emails to mo@mybestbuy.com.au and totally ignored me. Now (24 April 23) writing to NSW consumer affairs. Stay away from this outfit.
