Used to be great. Then someone dropped the ball big time. Don't trust anymore, won't use anymore – I have used My Flower Shop for my flower orders for several years now. Placed an order for a birthday as normal, received the usual minimum confirmation information... then zero delivery. Emailed them, no reply. Tried to call, all attempts were met with a 'busy' tone. Never received a reply, still haven't received a reply despite receiving several monthly newsletters. Hopeless.

Do Not Use This Company – Order online - paid and ... no delivery. Sent many emails with no reply and of course phone number is always engaged.

Extremely bad service – Ordered flowers online and they could not deliver. I cancelled my order and they gave me a refund less $15.00. I have emailed 10 times and no response and the phone number is engaged all the time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Appalling - don't use this business – Flowers ordered and have been paid for and not delivered. No phone calls or emails have been answered or returned. Very unprofessional. I very much doubt this business is bona fide organisation.

Unhappy and upset! – My friend ordered flower for me from overseas a few days before my birthday. It has been over 3 weeks and i haven't received it yet. My friend emailed them twice from overseas and there was no reply. Hence, I called them and spoke to A** and he didn't call me back after I told him what happened. Emailed the head office twice and there was no reply! Absolutely a rip off! and not to mention POOR SERVICE!! Not trustworthy at all!

Absolutely useless, so disappointed – If I could give a half start or no star rating that would be what I would give. be delivered first thing the next day and would throw in a box of Chocolates as an apology. Well they were not delivered until 4pm the next day, with no chocolates!! I can't tell you how disappointing this service has been and I will NEVER use this website again!
