3 appointments and they never showed up!!!!!!!! – They have arranged to clean my carpets on three occasions in the last 4 months and have not turned up. Most annoying when I have prepared and shifted all my furniture. Not even a phone call to apologise. 3 Saturdays wasted!! February 2012. And they still have the gall to phone and try to arrange appointments

Watch Out – We employed MYHOME to clean our house.On the first visit one of the cleaners stole a credit card from a wallet in our bedroom side cupboard and used it that afternoon to purchase goods. The Police were informed and it is under investigation. I then found out the cleaners were not police checked. They told us that all staff are police checked. we proved them wrong. Theives are employed to clean your house

Excellent – There really is a difference between normal carpet cleaning and what these guys do. I've had my carpet done before, but I was amazed with the result. A friend told me about them... and even though I paid an extra $30 than the closest competitor, the difference was HUGE. I'll definitely use them again. The only problem was on the room with old carpet... they couldn't clean it because it was too loose.

So the real estate replaced the carpet in that room! haha MUCH Better than standard dry/steam cleaning. Very Noisy!

Not to be used on old, busted carpet.
