FRAUDULENT – Do not go anywhere near this company. Our school pnc started with this company and after 12months they stopped their payments back to the pnc. Cannot get in contact with them. Terrible they can still advertise

Took Parents' Money and Ran – This is the service that was contracted by my child's school canteen to allow parents to order food online. We were told with one day notice that MyKidsLunchBox hadn't paid the canteen, and not to add any more funds to our MyKidsLunchBox accounts, as the website was still accepting parents' money but were were not responding to emails or phone calls.

Unfortunately, many of us had loaded money in the past few weeks, and have been unsuccessful in getting a refund from MyKidsLunchBox (I've lost $40 despite attempts to get my money back, another parent has lost $70).

I have been told that this is not unusual for this business, and if you look at reviews on their Facebook page, many parents from other schools have had the same experience where their money was taken and not returned. Beware of using them for your school canteen!
