It's a dog's chew toy not a pillow – I ordered what I believed to be a pillow kids can hug (as they appear to in all the images) What I got was something I could wrap my hand around.. 9 PILLOWS (in 2 orders)... I'll hold off saying what i really think for now as they have not yet responded to my email.. 3 of the 4 in my first order are a sad comparison of what they appear to look like on the website but the one I am most disappointed in is the one pictured.. I have requested either a replacement item (that actually looks like a pillow) or my money back. The response I received was passively aggressively dismissive.. They merely pointed out all the pillows are 30cm (which is true) and they appreciate my understanding... What understanding... Its half the bloody width of the other pillows... There refund policy allows for a refund if the size (not length) is different from what is advertised and as no widths are advertised I assumed they were all similar.. See the comparison attachment for yourself... I have pointed out that as per their own wording I am entitled to a refund so now I again wait...
Terrible quality – Very disappointed with the product. When I asked for a refund, after supplying photos, it was denied. Such a waste of money.
Avoid! – $60 for a “30cm” pet photo pillow. Looks nothing like website. Smallest pillow ever. Poor quality. Huge rip off. Avoid!
Do Not Use This Company – I ordered two pillows, both came with the worst stitching and one a massive hole in it, when I sent an email informing them I was offered a 5% refund! All 3 items I ordered for over $120 and Im offered 5% refund. Absolute scammers.
Terrible not happy – Ordered a whole body photo pet pillow. What I received was an enlarged face picture that was very distorted. I contacted them, they said they would help and I had to send them a picture of the product. I did, they sent me a screen shot of the item for a face pillow trying to tell me that was what I had ordered but it was completely different. What a waste of $60! Very bad English and communication was difficult
Scam: not an Australian company – States they are an Australian company yet it’s coming from China. Was supposed to be a memorial pet gift...now it’s just embarrassing to give as a gift
Terrible product. Cropped out of my own family photo! Waste of money. Avoid! – Terrible product. Picture quality so poor it's hard to tell faces from building detail. Pieces don't fit together we'll so you can't be sure it's a correct fit. Photo is cropped at an angle and to add insult to injury I am cut out of the family photo!?! Delayed delivery – This is not an Australian company as it states on their website. Delayed delivery but when the item arrived, it was as shown on the website. No reply from my email to the company.
ABSOLUTE SCAM – I ordered a 509 piece jigsaw puzzle and took great care to send a beautiful photo to be used. It arrived from Hong Kong and the image was stretched and terrible colours. the box and the image I sent. The reply was to make up the jigsaw therefore unsealing the box. I pointed out the image on the front of the box should be the same as the puzzle inside. These people should be investigated and removed from the internet. I am conscious of buying Aust. made products and I was scammed.
Terrible product and customer service – Ordered a 500 piece puzzle, the photo was a cropped version of the one I submitted. It arrived in a clear plastic food container that was broken. The company refused to refund it and customer service was terrible. Eventually went through paypal then my credit card provider to force a refund from the merchant - the process took 4 months. Definitely steer clear of this company!
Still waiting – Three weeks later and still no sign, even though I paid for express delivery and ‘VIP’ service. I’m now a Very Irritated Person. Products are posted from China. Customer service has not issued a refund or explanation for the delay despite repeated requests.
Poor quality products and won’t offer refund – Cheap quality products. Would not buy from here again. There are many other similar companies that offer much better value for money. After emailing them a couple of times, they finally replied that they will not refund. Obviously they don’t stand by their products. Stay away!
super Disappointed – have emailed twice wanting to know where my product is as i paid for express delivery - 3-5 working days. ordered on the 5th of may. processed and packaged on 16th which is not what they promised on their site. still have not received product. they have still not replied to my emails. i would not recommend. i have also found plenty of other great Australian companies that can do this kind of stuff
Jigsaw...photo not what was sent – I decided to buy a jigsaw for a friend for a major birthday. I sent a photo to this company to by used for a 1000 piece jigsaw. I did receive the jigsaw and the pieces are quite good quality, but the picture on the jigsaw was not the same as what was sent. It had cut off quite a lot of the scenery. Also I thought I was dealing with an Australian company, but when the bill was charged to my credit card, there was a foreign exchange fee added
