Over priced and no service – We paid for the premium package, and never had our ad anywhere near the front page of Real Estate.com.au. Extremely difficult to contact and often takes several phone calls and emails to get a response. Their was no service provided at all, no assistance and no interest in helping. Now we are trying to get our house removed from the internet, we are into our second week of attempting to get anyone to assist us!

Disorganised – Difficulty in having calls returned. Needed to speak to a person urgently and was advised she would return call before 12pm. Ended up phoning at 2pm to speak to her and was lied to about her being in a meeting which wasn't true. My Place seems to be disorganised. Phoned another agent and had my call returned in half an hour, even though person was at home sick.

Didn't monitor tenancy, difficulty contacting the agent – I would not recommend. We leased out our brand new house. The tenant installed satellite without permission damaged interior walls and builds a structure without permission. The real estate did nothing even when we asked them to. But you can bet they were on time with their $100 check smoke alarms fees. We paid them 10%, would have been better doing it ourselves.

mess. When I arrived home though the mess was worse then I had first thought. The house was trashed, the walls drawn on and the toilet broken. Most of the furniture was left in bad condition and had been moved and left out in the weather. I tried everything I could to get money back, to get the rent that I was owed too, but I got nothing. My Place weren't even supportive, they simply left me to fight for the money all on my own. A Real Estate company are there to help you, it is what they are paid for. They should not have let my house get to the state that it was left in and they should not have let the rent get so far behind. I am now a few thousands of dollars out of pocket and have no way of getting that money back. I have since put my house in the hands of another Real Estate company and have had no trouble at all. My Place Real Estate is not a company worth trusting your property with.
