Wish I could give zero stars. Doesn't work. Connects you to the My Card Wallet app which is a complete waste of time and will send your blood pressure through the roof. Feels like a scam. Will not let you add a prepaid visa to Google wallet so, can not make in store purchases as I was NOT given a physical card. No contact number so can't call anyone. Please contact me ASAP so I can provide further info.
Absolute joke of a company. Purchased a gift card at the start of 2025. It says its active but can't use it ANYWHERE. I have been in contact with them for WEEKS and was told they will send a new card via email and should get it within 72 hours. Its been 2 weeks and still no card. $100 wasted. Emails are now going unanswered. Photo attached was sent by them on 27th November 2025
Terrible site, bad design, stole my money, banned my card – I bought a prepaid $100 Mastercard from a reputable seller. I redeemed it and everything was fine. Then the "My Prepaid Center" website malfunctioned and kept locking me out of my card. So I had to reset the password over 10 times trying to get it working. THEN the website banned the card even though I entered the 2 factor authentication EVERYTIME. Contacted them by email, they were rude and unhelpful. Happy to steal the money.
It's amazing Mastercard and their official partner are one of the most richest CC companies in the world and they cannot provide a basic level of service with a functioning website.
Instead they treat you like a criminal and steal your money

Worst customer service – You have gift card - go online to shop goods valued $108 register gift card not accepted unless $108 - register card does nothing - ring supplier of good cannot help - so stay clear of this mob
