MyStubby.com.au - Great product and even better Service – So its 5pm on a friday afternoon and my regular Stubby Cooler supplier tells me that they won't be able to deliver on my customised stubby holders order which was due to me in 4 business days! Despite placing the order with them 6 weeks earlier and them telling me each week since that everything was on track! Enter MYSTUBBY.com.au I called these people at about 6:00pm on Friday evening and spoke directly to a person to find out if they could supply a bunch of customised stubby coolers, including delivery to me, by the following Thursday!

"I'm sure we can do that for you" came their friendly and helpful reply.

I quickly got on their website and used their online design tool to come up with the design and artwork, uploading pictures that I wanted to use. Then I submitted my order. Within 30 minutes they had reviewed the design and replied by email with a few suggested changes and included the new design. WOW!. This was all on a Friday night close to 7:30pm now.

I gave them the go ahead and they said my stubby coolers would be produced and dispatched by 9:30am Monday morning!

True to form, I received the Australia Post tracking number for my Express Post parcel by mid morning Monday, and the goods arrived 11am Thursday.

Great service and the quality of their product and Printing was SPOT ON!

I couldn't be happier. I'll be going with MYSTUBBY.com.au for all my customised stubby cooler needs.
