It was hard to get through but Sam the owner replied after 4 days and I asked for refund instead. He replied again with the tracking. Shipping was fast. I bought 50 ml bcp and humulene isolates and it tasted different than the other company I use. Taste and smell are also weaker. So glad I could compare as it s interesting to know. I paid for the order and then freaked out discovering My terpenes Australia didn't have ABN or phone or warehouse location or social media accounts. Wish I looked for it before purchase for the peace of mind, and the bad review made me really panic as their terpenes are very expensive (I even started bank dispute after 3 days)... Even if the terpenes are undiluted and genuine like they say on the website I feel that the stress destroyed the aftertaste maybe, not sure. Sam offered me to send it back and refund but I refused, so decided to add stars to this review.

My Terpenes Australia is a scam – Placed an order, payed $78aud. Got an email confirmation of my order and that's it. No delivery, no communication. Emailed them 3 times and no response. Total scam. Don't waste your money!
