Beware of this company. They sound wonderful when they sell you their vouchers but when it comes to booking it's not cheap at all. We booked a 3 birth cabin but when we realised they had pullout bunk beds, we being elderly, we paid an extra $2000… Read more
to upgrade to a cabin with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. On arriving at the boat we found that we were put into the original cabin with pullout bunkbeds. None of us could climb up to the top bunk therefore we had paid $2000 for nothing. The cruise line gave us an extra inside windowless cabin for free however the carpet was filthy with brown dirt patches between the beds. Two4one have refused to give us our $2000 back. They are not accountable. They are frauds who do not produce what they promise. It is cheaper to book directly through the cruise line. They are argumentative and unreasonable with no operational skills and really bad customer service skills. I have reported them to ACCC. They owe me $2000 for charging something they didn't deliver. I call it elder abuse and they have zero empathy I'm still waiting for my $2000 refund. DONT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. THEY ALSO UNDER THE NAME VACATION CENTRE BEWARE/DANGER
Follow-up · After over 20 emails to the company for help to address the issue, they have stubbornly refused to accept responsibility. I have not heard from them for 6 weeks since our return from the cruise. I stand by my comments in my original review. I advise anyone thinking about booking a cruise TO PLEASE GIVE THIS COMPANY A MISS. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
I was given a voucher via Wyndham as an incentive to upgrade my membership with them. I found a cruise which I liked, but upon comparing it with purchasing through the cruise ship site, I found I was only saving $100. When I then added a person on in an interior cabin, it was $1500 more than through the cruise ship site. Beware.
This is very big Scam, if you need to cancel they will eat your whole deposit.

We have done 2 cruises with 241, at 40 + 50% off - fantastic value. Also had 50% off accommodation on Gold Coast. Not had any issues, you have to be careful, book only those that are heavily discounted - you can put a query in and the online staff… Read more
who are there to help will remember it ,and email you when the 241 or close comes available - sometimes a month or 3 later. Our friends have also used our Membership, and saved heaps on cruises out of Sydney - with their entire family of 14 - grandparents, kids etc etc. And they also did another cruise around the Islands, also saving heaps for the family too. We got 50% off Antarctica last year, and 40% off Vietnam/Cambodia - both were Scenic Cruises, and saved about $70k already (we could not afford Scenic otherwise - they do all companies, so you can choose the ones you want to travel on). Just got an AmaWaterways quote for Europe river - $26k for Balcony suite, correct price with Ama is $39k - so another huge saving for 2027. Just be careful, some cruises are only 5% off, you can compare pricing on line with all the criuises they offer at 241. Not sure what happened to others, but for us its been a massive saving.
Follow-up · I have never found any issues with our 241 membership. My only issue is the website does not like iMacs, so I cant get in at times, without clearing my browser. Apart from that, the deals - if you know how to look and read them properly - are excellent, 50% off, 33% off, and you cant find them on most travel sites. I am part of many, and this is by far the best discounts I get.
Update on refund from 241, watch out they also trade as Our Vacation Centre Pty Ltd . So we booked a cruise for 4th Jan 2026, total package $7074. We were asked to pay a deposit of $1650. We then got the invoice and had been charged $78 booking fee per cabin, was surprised but understand that mistakes happen so left it. Then 2 days later we added… Read more
1 room with drinks package. They asked that we pay it so I paid an extra $1314.30, including credit fee.
Other family needed to cancel so we cancelled the whole trip on the 26th March.
They advise us that we would charge a $1100 cancellation fee. I questioned this and they said it was their terms. I read their terms and it states a fee of up to 100% of the booking fee may be charged. So $78 x2 x2 is $312 not $1100.
We had some back and forth and they never listen and their standard response is, 7 days to respond.
So today after 58 days I finally got my refund of $273.03, so they kept $1264, not $1100 as originally told. I also got the drinks package back less credit card fees. What a joke 82.5% of my deposit kept.
I will never use them again. I would even question if they are in financial trouble. They make things up, don't disclose everything and what they do disclose they change.
The biggest disappointment is I only used them because of Karma. To Karmas credit they did reach out but couldn't do anything. What's more disappointing is Karma are shareholders in the business.
Avoid Do Not Be Fooled. Purchased more credits because of the sweetener X3 241 cruises. Totally misleading but they keep getting away with it
I was 'rewarded' with 2 x 241 cruise vouchers. We were excited about this because we love cruises and it sounded like a great offer. But beware, it just isn't. It is clear that this is false advertising. It is not 241 at all. I have put a complaint in with the company, the company who gave me these 'rewards' and the ACCC. When I compared the price… Read more
and conditions of a cruise with 241 with the cruise provider, all up, I am probably better off going with the cruise ship. The were offering a free room upgrade, $300 in onboard credits and 241 wanted 40% upfront with no room upgrade or onboard credits. I have quizzed 241 and they have admitted, 'it's not really 241'. When I confronted them that their price for the first passenger was the same as two with Princess Cruises they tried telling me taxes for the second passenger can be expensive. From what I can see its quite simply a wrought. Another thing that concerned me terribly was the email that was sent to me (with some incorrect details) in it with no official anything including any booking number etc. We have cruised before and am accustomed to getting a proper contract with terms etc. I actually think I'd rather just go straight to the cruise line even if I'm paying more. Sounds like there will be more flexibility and better deals. After reading some other reviews I'm convinced this is the case.
BEWARE - SCAM - AVOID THIS COMPANY. They take advantage of people who do not know any better. The flights that were booked for my mother in law were ridiculously indirect, expensive and inappropriate - they must have applied a filter for “maximum layovers and highest cost”. It’s baffling how bad their booking logic is and that they fail to advise… Read more
on the best routing for holidays, as that is their sole job.
They’ve gone completely silent on refunding the accommodation/transfers, and keep hiding behind vague emails, long delays, and zero transparency. No senior staff have stepped in, and every response is just more scripted excuses. It’s been 5 weeks and counting… We’re now preparing to escalate the matter to Fair Trading and ACCC.
If you’re thinking of using them — don’t. The stress, the time wasted, and the complete lack of professionalism is not worth it. There are better, cheaper, and far more competent travel providers out there - honestly ChatGPT would give you more efficient routing!! Run!
No issues, loved our cruise! – I was gifted a certificate to use for a cruise by a family member, and when we finally were able to book a cruise after covid restrictions were lifted, it was pretty easy. The communication was a a bit of a struggle with the staff members strong accent but in the end it was all good. Our P&O cruise was 10 days to PNG and we paid less than $1300… Read more
for two people in a balcony cabin. We were given some cabins to choose from and could pick which level we were on as well. Considering I never had to pay for the initial certificate, this was a holiday that was so affordable!
Excellent Customer Service – We needed to reschedule some cruises from 2025 to 2026. The customer agent we dealt with (Yoed) was very helpful providing various options for cruises that met our requirements . All in all we ended up with better matched cruises and a reduced number of flights . Very happy with the outcome .
My 241 programme membership – We have been with 241 for many years and have had 3 cruises booked from this club. The prices definitely were reduced a great deal. All went as good as it could with the 241 programme.I highly recommend. We did alot of Europe river cruises and were greatly reduced priced. We are happy with the programme
Good deal – Although ppl are calling this a scam, I have not had a problem. I have had 3 cruises using 241 vouchers. I booked a cruise for Nov 2020, which got cancelled due to covid. After a LOT of badgering on my part, they did eventually refund all monies paid. I have another cruise booked for 2025. Show details
Cancellation of cruise – We have booked a cruise for November 2023 and to reschedule we paid around $250 which was deducted from the payment we already made so far. So we rebooked it for November 2024 and due to time constraints, we decided to cancel it altogether. To cancel the cruise, we lost about half of the money we already paid. To add insult to injury, they will… Read more
tell you there's no timeframe they can provide when you're getting your refund as the money is already with the Cruise liner. After 10 days I called again but this time I am demanding that I'll be given a timeframe. Again they will insist that it is out of their control as the money is with the supplier. I think it's time for ACCC or the likes to have a look at this kind of provider as they are definitely taking customers for a ride.

Avoid My 241 Travel at all costs – After buying two travel vouchers for around $700 I booked two cruses that were good value then along came COVID and the cruises never happened. so far as expected. But when I tried to book another cruise I was told one voucher was expired. And the other one was in limbo. But if I paid the full price for the cruise I would get an undisclosed… Read more
refund. After an email exchange I was offered a Carnival cruise at around $1000 more than it should have been. It looks like it was once a repeatable operation pre COVID. But it is now a scam. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
My241 Rewards is a travel scam stay away from it.
Ripped off – They sold me a $700 package just before Covid. As I am not vaccinated I am not able to use this package. IMO they cannot provide the service I paid for therefore they should refund my money. Naturally they won't. They consistently call me to update it and spend more money. Very dishonest and no integrity! Show details
Scam, avoid at all costs, ripped me off $750 then they charged an extra booking fee of $50 each person – Scam, avoid at all costs, ripped me off $750 then when we booked a cruise they charged an extra booking fee of $50 each person. They are not 241, they charge a lot extra.
Scam, avoid at all costs – Scam, overcharge for cruises, they are not 241. Also charge booking fee on top of overcharged fee.
Refund of 241 certificates – Has anyone been able to get a refund? Anything I try to book is not available and others are way too expensive. I have applied to 241 solutions who advise I am unable to obtain a refund because it is over 1 month. The whole problem is that there is nothing that suits my requests and I am badgered with things I have not requested. I am convinced it is a SCAM
What a croc of – We purchased vouchers and we have been told we have got to book by March 2023 and use before end of 2024. We have 3 vouchers. We have tried to book a few to be told it’s sold out ( we are trying to book in 2024). The sales person told us to try the one 2 weeks later which is going to somewhere we have already been. We have gone direct to… Read more
Royal Caribbean to find they still have places available and cheaper to go direct. Do not buy these vouchers it’s a croc
Very Poor customer Service – I have been with 241 for many years, BUT since 2019 and because of shutdowns, I HAVE NOW LOST all my Certificates through no course of my own, I have 1 trip left and when its over i'm finished with this mob. WORST service ever, and now i find money i paid 5 months ago has not been paid to the cruise company. Seriously, DO YOUR OWN BOOKINGS, AND SEEK AND SEARCH, Stay AWAY from my241 rewards, YOU WILL GET BURNT, as they leave a sour taste.
Could not recommend to my worst enemy – Poor service, poor record keeping, expensive. Not worth the time or effort.
Cruise re book – Each time we have to rebook due to ship we get charged another febook fee had a cruise fully paid than covid hit the country. We have had to do this 4 times sofar. Have been charged a extra $1400. Not happy with them so far.

We got great value – We booked a river cruise on Uniworld Amsterdam to Bucharest in a balcony room. People in the room next to us told us what they had paid, our cost was a little more than half what they paid. 241 rewards was great we had a trip of a lifetime. You still pay port and government fees for the second person, but the cruise fare is halved. Before that… Read more
cruise we had booked an amazing trip with them through Vietnam and Cambodia, I became ill and couldn't travel. 241 Rewards liaised with my travel insurance to get our refunds and the money we had paid refunded. Nothing but good things experienced with them. Only negative is that the fares must be paid when you book which means you pay earlier than usual when booking a cruise.
If I could give no stars I would – The only reason you get 2 fares for the price of 1 is because they use the highest undiscounted fare for any cruise. The simple fact is this is actually going to cost you more for 2 people (with one person supposedly free), than if you book with a cruise line and actually pay for two fares. Also 2 for 1 will not respond to your emails or phone… Read more
messages once they make the booking. If you have vouchers to use, just do a 3-4 night cruise to use up your vouchers and save your money to use with a reputable cruise line or travel company. Never go near this company. It's actually a scam.
Complete WASTE of MONEY – Not impressed with the offerings - we could actually purchase some trips cheaper elsewhere as they were only offering very few cruise companies via their portal - AND they were only using the FULL RECOMMENDED RACK RATE pricing even if the cruiseline had discounted prices. We lost over a thousand dollars due to this CON - purchased 3 cruise… Read more
certificates and a cash certificate. You CAN definitely get way better pricing WITHOUT using 241 supposed "two for one" deals! We still have the unused (now expired) certificates to prove this is a complete farce!!! At no time were any of their offerings appealing to us - in the end we offered our certificates to family members (who regularly cruise) to use before they expired . . . they weren't interested in any of their "deals" either ;( RUN AWAY !!!
