Terrible service!! Purchased and then waited over a week with no update whatsoever of my order. Sent 2 emails regarding order with no response. The get a random refund…. New customer also!! Not great customer service at all

Mediocre service – Ordered ‘available’ item (1 bottle of gin) on Monday, did not ship until Friday. Also, for $15 post I would have expected a faster Auspost service to be used as it took another 5 days to receive my order. Service not on par with other on-line shops.

Amazing service and range – Kim from mybottleshop was amazing had a slight problem with the item I ordered. She went above and beyond to help me out. Always fast to respond to emails and phone calls. Will definitely be referring people to this company that a collects of rare and hard to find spirits.

Terrible Customer Service, avoid this company – Purchased item and received the wrong product. Have tried various times to discuss with someone and no responses given with rude customer service. Not something you would expect when purchasing high value items.

Didn't get what I ordered and zero customer service – I ordered a case of 24 Sierra Nevada Torpedo stubbies, which were clearly shown as such on the website. Apart from it taking a few days for the order to the shipped, I ended up receiving cans instead of stubbies. Retail 101: deliver what you have shown on listings, and have some sort of customer service that answers the phone or replies to emails! Pretty disappointing.

Everything was perfect – First I was a bit concerned because of all the bad reviews. But my experience was great! My order got handled very quickly and they kept me updated. Very happy customer! Would definitely order through them again!

Was dubious from some of the reviews - however easy to use and super fast delivery! – Ordered two bottles of bourbon Friday, arrived by courier Tuesday. Can't fault that. All bottles bubble wrapped and intact. It was also the best price I could find on the web shipping in Aus. I will be using them again.

Extremely Dodgy – These guys are a nightmare to deal with. Products that I ordered were not in stock despite the website showing them, others not turning up on time (talking six week delivery windows despite the site not showing that) and the owner is extremely aggressive and abusive in the way he deals with any complaints.

Don’t give your money away to them – Ordered and paid. No delivery called, emailed,no reply. Finally got a reply and they didn’t even have the product! Asked for refund, still no refund. I called, emailed still no refund. Opened dispute in PayPal That cancel the refund instantly but long enough to get PayPal to think they have refunded. Just listen to the reviews

“Worst business I have dealt with” – I ordered online. After a week of no delivery I contacted them and I continued to contact them every week for four weeks with no reply emails. Finally got in contact with someone and my items weren't even sent. After complaining and asking for a refund they agreed. One week later and still no refund. So pretty much they take your money and don't deliver and then don't refund. Go to Dan Murphys, they are cheaper and deliver

Great service – I placed an online order then read some bad reviews online, My experience with them was great my order arrived in Brisbane 2 days after ordering. Had to use chat to sort out discount error rhe lady on chat explained everything and all was good.

Putting the "Customer" back into Customer Service – Jack Daniel's White Label isn't available in the UK, but Marcus at "MyBottleShop" made buying online from Australia a pleasure. He offered me great service and took care of me well, sorting out an item that was lost in transit and resending it. I found his attitude refreshing and I highly recommend this company. Outstanding!

an advice that a small part of my order could not be supplied and was refunded that small amount. Heard nothing more. Then eventually advised in late-Feb the supplier had sent the wrong stock and expect my order in 1-2 weeks. It has never ever arrived.

Now I look at other review and scam sites I can see they all rate this company as terrible.

Do yourself a favour and have nothing to do with this company. They aren't contactable. They don't deliver. And mine is not the only complaint put into NSW Fair Trading about this mob!

following Wednesday. I was annoyed but I waited. I then emailed when the order was still sitting in a processing status. It hadn't been sent. I was promised it was leaving that week however. I checked the website, still processing. They then became hard to contact, no answering phone calls or their Facebook. I finally spoke to someone through the website chat and was told it was on its way. Long story short its now 28th December and the order still isn't here. I told them I wanted a full refund if it wasn't to be here before Christmas. They credited half of the items that they hadn't obviously had in stock as promised and sent the other half. But again not here. It says on the tracking link its been given to a courier on the 17th December. I'm assuming it wont even be here before NYE. What a waste of money. Do not bother unless you are happy to wait months for your order. There was not attempt on their behalf to advise it would be late, I had to keep trying to contact them and chase it up. No sorry, no attempt to make up for it. Will never buy there again.
