So good, so reliable and so reasonably priced – This wine site in my view is the best in Australia by far. Perhaps I am fortunate to be In Adelaide, where the business is based, but the delivery is ALWAYS the next day. Incredible. The wines, almost always very high scoring by highly credentialed experts or trophy winners in recent prestigious wine shows (or both) are amazing and extraordinarily… Read more

well priced. The perfect formula for client satisfaction. Latest examples bought yesterday and arrived today, the Penna Lane 2024 Watervale Riesling and the Yangarra 2021 Shiraz. Absolutely stunning! I am a huge fan and am never disappointed. Well done!!

Fantastic range of excellent, well-priced wine – Started buying wine from these guys a while back and now use them almost exclusively. A great range of wines and easily organised on their website. Regularly buy a couple of dozen from them which are shipped quickly. I appreciate the explanations of the wines and ratings from wine reviewers which helps to make sure I'm buying decent stuff.

Great price and service – Very impressed. Ordered a case of Prosecco, arrived from NSW to the Gold Coast in a couple of days. Very good price and service. Will definitely use again.

Fast efficient service – Received my wine within five working days of ordering it. I thought that was fantastic considering I’m in Sydney and we have a lot of restrictions here at the moment and it’s hard to get anything delivered on time. I also sent questions via email as well and it was answered in a timely fashion. One thing I was concerned about is I found some… Read more

reviews online that were negative and it turns out it was all nonsense I’m very impressed with the service and I recommend ordering from them and I’ll definitely do so again

Dont Buy - do not honor your purchase - Stay Away – bought wine that was available online, sent email stating could not honor sale but continue to sell wine online - stay away

Great: Range, Service, & Prices – Can't fault them, well done guys. Have dealt with them over some years, a slick operation I'd say. Some unusual and hard to get wines too.

Very Good – Very happy with this one... ordered my wine late on a Monday night, was delivered by Wednesday AM. Was not expecting to be that quick! Pricing was competitive as well in comparison to other companies.

Appalling arrogance and contempt for customers – I chased up my wine delivery and was told it should have arrived already. That was a Tuesday. Two days later, it still hadn't arrived so I emailed again as I was having visitors for dinner that night and had expected the wine to have arrived. It was a particular bottle we were going to have with our guests in celebration of another evening we had… Read more

together with the same wine. However, it was not to be and I was told the order would be re-sent Aus Post as it appeared to have been "lost".

Because I live in a rural area and Aus Post will not deliver parcels to my door, I then spent 20 minutes on the phone to Aus Post (while I was at work) to arrange Parcel Collect, otherwise the delivery would go straight to a post office that is 15kms drive away. Having gone through that rigamarole I emailed details of the Parcel Collect address to MyCellars only to be told there was "good news" and it would arrive with the original courier company, Fastway, the next day. So not only had I wasted time in my work day to set up Aus Post delivery, but as the wine had not arrived, I then drove 20kms to my closest Dan Murphy which stocks the particular bottle of wine I was waiting on to serve to my dinner guests that night. So not exactly "good news" for me.

When I stated I was not very happy, I got no response. Not prepared to be ignored and say nothing, I sent another email pointing out that I was the one inconvenienced; MyCellars wasn't inconvenienced. Fastway wasn't inconvenienced. Why should I as the customer be the one put out? Was there going to be some gesture made in acknowledgement of the "stuff-around" as MyCellars put it? I also pointed out that to ignore a customer's expressed dissatisfaction was "not only dismissive on a human level, it’s a bad way to conduct a business that is entirely reliant on having happy customers". No reply to that email either, which shows an absolute contempt by this business for its customers and refusal to make amends when things go wrong.

If you ignore your customers when they're dissatisfied with the service you have provided then you are neither a decent human being nor a business person with any integrity. Given the number of online wine companies, needless to say, I would not shop with a business headed up by such an arrogant, rude person as this gentleman.

This web store is great. I love good tasting wine but hate the bad eggs amongst the gems – I have been able to buy 1 or 2 bottles of different wine for variety and yet to have a bad tasting one. Even used this site to pick wine as a present or to impress some mates that are wine buffs. All have been very impressed. Plus comparing prices they are cheap too. quick, cheap, good wine.
