I made a large purchase at Chanel Myer CBD today and the service was terrible. The Chanel team are usually very good and generous, however the staff here are not that great. They didn’t even offer to gift wrap the items and/or offer any free samples as they usually do. The experience and their customer service was very poor, especially when they were not busy and just standing around either!!!

The new app is terrible- 9 times out of 10 it doesn't load, & when it does, you are unable to see your rewards. Bring back the old version, that worked just fine!

not work and there is not tracking number attached to the message so I am clueless when my delivery is expected. You would like think a huge company like Myer would have a better non glitching app and invest funds into creating a easy to navigate online platform

are not in the excused from refund list . As for being open-the customer service team in refund department opened them to assess!! And then declined refund because they were open!! Myers is a disgrace.

process of this repair took more than 3 months, however, in the system was showing it was fixed. Finally, after receiving the repaired device from the local shop and opening the box, I noticed it was scratched and they didn’t put the electricity wire connection inside box. In addition, it was dirty and full of mould. Now, we have to start the process again and took it to the local Myer shop in order to be sent to them and I don’t know who will compensate this big scratch on its front side that makes it a faulty and ugly device and the long period of waiting time to receive the device.

Terrible online experience – The online return / repair process is terrible. How is asking someone who is using the online system to purchase items to take goods into a store for assessment in this day and age where photos and videos are shareable? The incorrect quoting of statutory regulations is also a massive issue.

Worst Ever Artificial Plants – Myer’s website advertised 30% off for multiple artificial plant buys, but the discount wasn’t applied at checkout. When I emailed for help they just cancelled my order. different species have identical super shiny bin liner quality leaves, the white core of the stem is visible, there are large holes punched at regular intervals along all branches & stems, & massive metal staples all over the plants holding them together. The so called ‘Bird of Paradise’ flowers look like small rubber chickens only with much more garish colours. I’m so upset to have these incredibly ugly things in my home until I can return them, & the extreme petroleum smell is making us nauseous. I don’t understand how anyone could offer these for sale to another person.

answer. They told me I could not reopen the account because I am not the primary cardholder. I am the only cardholder! They told me that unless I could identify the primary account holder, they could not help me. Having never shared or nominated this card to anyone before, I was expected to identify the details of a person I did not know existed. Furthermore, all my points were going to an unknown person who appears to be receiving free points from my purchases.

After going around in circles, I was told that, as an "additional" cardholder, I was never eligible to earn points. Unbelievable!

Nonplussed, uninterested, unwilling to investigate, and refusing to provide any hint of the apparent primary account holder, which I thought was me, MYER has basically fobbed me off as an annoying former customer. Yes former. When I told them that this could be identity theft, they did not care.

Never doing business with MYER again, and I would advise anyone considering shopping at this scam hole- DO NOT!

Pretty happy! – Recently I had a good experience with Myer One. I got $30 voucher and then I bought 2 pjs for just $5 with my reward! I’ve got $10 voucher on my birthday and once I spend a little bit more, I’ve become a silver member! Pretty happy with the rewards system and Myer!

Great loyalty program – Prior to the current Victorian lockdown - our sixth in Melbourne - I shopped again at Myer Melbourne and without any problems redeemed my loyalty discount. The Myer ONE rewards program is excellent, and I like the range of products at Myer that are mostly good value. Shopping is easy with good service from assistants.

Myerone. The person on the call (foreign accent) was unhelpful and said there was an issue and everyone had received a new email, which I did not receive. She tried to tell me I would have received the email and even the store manager, whom was helping me, in case I missed it, went through my emails at my permission, guess what no email. Myerone said to me they will send out another one in the next 3 to 5 working days. What is the purpose of that, when I wanted to use it now. When the call centre girl made the comment that “the birthday voucher was complimentary and good will”. When I repeated this and said excuse me, what do you mean, she tried to back peddle. The manager of the store and sales person heard this also, which they were not happy with the comment. This whole thing is a scam, lies and excuses. I am a gold member of Myers. Reading other comments, unless resolved, I will not be shopping at myers, management need to read the reviews and resolve ongoing negative feedback.

never buy from Myer again. Rather go to the David jones, at least their rewards are real and good customer service provide.

They sent me an offer Dec5 offering $20 evoucher if I made a purchase. I activated and purchased but no voucher. When I called and spending nearly an hour on hold (they hug up twice) she said I hadn't activated the offer (I DID !!!) and was very blunt. NEVER TRUST MYER ONE offers !!!

They sent me a $20 voucer offer 5 Dec. I activated it and made a purchase but no voucher. When I called (and was on hold for nearly an hour as they disconnect me twice) I was told bluntly that I hadn't activated the offer (I DID !). NEVER TRUST MYER OFFERS !!!

One of the worse shop apps ever! You get swamped with emails and offers but when you go to use the app it doesn’t allow you log in. New password required every time ever if you have your physical card! Myer get your act together

I’m extremely disappointed with Myer. After spending over $5,000 with them this year, the customer experience has consistently missed the mark. I’ve now unsubscribed and will no longer be shopping at Myer. Loyal customers deserve better. Definitely NOT worth it.

online purchase where thankfully I opted for click and collect - and for good measure opened my items in front of staff when collected to ensure they weren't damaged - but they were actually broken items! So I didn't shop much at Myer this year - and the news and Myer store closures and financial losses - along with other reviews - suggest I wasn't alone. And the MyerOne terms and conditions changed this year - with promotional emails heralding better changes. Following my call, I was advised I was $2 short for my minimum 'member' spend to receive a Myerone $10 birthday benefit this year. And a prior year it was lost in the mail (when they used to mail vouchers) - and I didn't receive it, and nothing they could do. The Customer Service Manager today advised the policy changed the member minimum yearly $20 spend to $30 (to get a birthday voucher) in January 2025 - but then was not so sure, when I said due to recent changes why not honour previous LONG TERM EXISTING customer conditions as good will so I would still be eligible - as Myer is trying to get customers and make money. And my previous items I tried to buy were damaged so I would have otherwise purchased (and had travelled to the store at my cost). I advised that in my current Myer shopping trolley was a food processor for $199 and a mattress protector for $74.98 ready to buy. Again advised she had to follow (vaguely quoted and subsequently changed on the same phone call) terms and conditions - and advised that THERE WAS NO ONE HIGHER UP TO DISCUSS AS THEY DON"T TAKE CALLS OR ANSWER EMAILS, AND THIS MANAGER WOULD BE REPRIMANDED, AND HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN, IF SHE FURTHER ESCALATED AND NOT JUST QUOTED BACK THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. So I will use my remaining return voucher amount another time for a much lesser amount (as I had to accept this AS MYER POLICY FOR RETURNING DAMAGED GOODS, OPENED IN FRONT OF CLICK AND COLLECT STAFF) and then no longer shop at Myer - like many others. Does it cost you more than $2 dollars to attract new customers? Was my total lost total purchase of $273.98 worth $2 to you? I admit I got caught up with MyerOne rewards, however no rewards really, I will just shop around. ****UPDATE****now purchased $199 food processor from www.applicancesonline.com.au - they will price match and included delivery for this Monday. (and apologised for not being able to delivery earlier - which I didn't want anyway). How is that for customer service? I highly recommend this Australian long established company having purchased many appliances as part of my renovation. They also hold items if you need to wait, will change included free delivery dates if you need to, will no cost remove old appliances including whitegoods and mattress when they deliver your new purchase, and can check any prior or current order just by your phone number. And much more including some no cost connections of new appliances. And they have staff you can talk to 24 hours, seven days a week and live up to their 'legendary service'. And now located and purchasing my cotton mattress protector at Bed Bath N'Table, and cheaper than my chosen Myer sale price item.

Im very sorry too say, but the Myer app is dreadful, its slow, and most times wont open at all, and makes getting the voucher very difficult. Even in the store yesterday was hard work for all .

I joined myer one 18 years ago and over these years purchased many household items and clothing from Myer. With each purchase I presented my myer one card. I wondered why I had never received a rewards voucher , and today, 18 September 2025, during a telephone conversation I found out why - I don't have an email address . Myer don't send reward vouchers to a postal address.

This is the worst app ever, every time they update I am locked out along with every other customer who tries to use the Myer one in store! Makes me wonder if it is done on purpose. 2 weeks later and another phone call to be made to access my account of 15 plus years once again.

Terrible customer service. Trying to ID myself over the phone to activate online account. Wanted exact details of a purchase made over a year ago (date, value, items, card used etc). Hung up on me when I couldnt provide the details. Very unhelpful.

Dreadful experience – Tried calling to find out where my order is. Could not understand a word the customer service person was saying due to her extremely heavy accent. I asked if I could speak with someone else and she hung up on me. I want to cancel my order now.

Terrible – All I need to do is reset my password, they want so much information as if I'm trying to recover my bank details,they take all your personal details then come back asking for more, customer service is like a scam.

Frustration – Terrible experience. I have tried to log in multiple times, constantly rejected. I finally had my password accepted, but the code they sent was rejected. I have given up. I notice from the reviews other customers have had a similar problem. No wonder I rarely shop at Myer.
