old mattress. It sags instantly and no comfort whatsoever as it's hard and not plush. I weigh 75kgs and sleep alone, it feels like theres springs digging into your sides. I'm constantly tossing and turning. I'm gonna have to try sell this mattress and take a heavy loss as it's only 2 weeks old. I'm physically unable to sleep on it due to sagging and pain. They say it takes 3 months for your body to adjust to a new mattress but this mattress is made by Satan and is torture to sleep on...I'm lucky if I get 2 hours of sleep a night on it.

it. It's been six months now and I'm still waking up with an aching back. So much for it being a "Rolls-Royce of mattresses". Thousands out the window, there's nothing I can do. When I went to see if there's anything they could do since they advocate for this product being the best sleep I'll get, they sent me an information pack about best usage, funny that? If not covered why offer goodwill gesture of which clearly indicates poor quality materials and poor manufacture. Of which this is a shame as, at present suits our sleep. and b) be will be charged service fee of $333 if "they determine" "warranty doesn't apply" but c) also illegally that you sign away your right to a refund, only a repair or replacement - but who would have faith in brand after this??... on reading other reviews on productreview.com, this is not a one off, rather, hundreds of people have been scammed out of over $5,000 for this brand mattress failing in exactly this same way, even after receiving replacement models.! Not to mention, on first receiving, mattress had HOLES in the top cover from defective sewing/construction. Further indicative of the abysmal quality and care of this brand/manufacturer.
