This card is ok if you are a high spender to avoid the monthly fee. Decent points and includes insurance and no international fees. However it took me months to view transactions online or in the app. I could only see them when the statement is issued at the end of the month. It is fixed now but NAB are very 2005 when it comes to online applications. Show details

$5000.00 or more in a statement period !!!!!!.

Their Fees keep going up, while their Service keeps going down, and branches being closed.

This is VERY DISSAPOINTING as we have been loyal customers of the bank for over 30years, this is how the NAB Rewards Loyalty.

Weeks to Process an Application using Offshore Morons – I have my business banking, two home loans, an overdraft, chattel mortgage all with NAB, Cancelled my Qantas credit card because they are hopeless and use offshore call centres, I wasn't aware NAB also had offshore processing for applications (probably the same call centre as Qantas from what I can tell) Fill out the application online, says they… Read more

have all the information, you will be contacted by a credit card application manager

The person called and asked for information provided in the application twice, acting as if it was our first conversation each time. Then called back days later requesting other information she already had (more than once), at this point I asked her to get her manager to call me, nothing. I followed up a week later, she had left the application with notes saying it was waiting on me, no manager call nothing

I called again and was given a new case manager, same thing asking for information they already had. Asked for her to get her manager to contact me. SAME THING, he called and asked me for information he already had, They don't read the notes on the application or the documents emailed?

I have logged two complaints with NAB regarding this, NO ONE FROM COMPLAINTS HAS CONTACTED ME

Over it, I am going to move my business and personal banking including home loans away from NAB, they are so obsessed with cutting corners and maximising profits they forgot about their customer service

I don't have the time required to deal with the morons at NAB, even lodging complaints doesn't make a difference!

Good for day to day use – The credit card was bundled with our home loan package so there were no annual fees. The point accumulation was ok. You get 1 point for one dollar spent. Could have done better. The thing I disliked was the international transaction fees and poor exchange rates which forces me to take out another credit card with no fees. Did not use this card overseas for this reason.
