Briefs fell apart, 4 calls and emails later still waiting for my promised refund – Can't recommend this company, faulty product but even worst customer service

Don't use the online store – don't buy from their online store. My card was charged but no order was recorded. I showed proof of transaction and they've ignored me since.

Bodysuit rides up – I bought black and skin tone body shaper suits. They are great around tummy and midriff but ride up over buttocks. sides at the top of my bra after a while. Because straps sit wide outside of bra and on shoulders, can be visible under arm with some sleeveless tops and dresses. I paid full price so expensive exercise. I've worn about 5 times and have now thrown out. It's hard with shapewear as what feels comforrabke when you first try on is often uncomforrable after a few hours wear.

Absolute rubbish – Purchased two items, received quickly but the items are horrible. They do absolutely nothing and are nothing like the goodness of Spanx. get my order and record things down in case i needed to submit a complaint to the ACCC. So I've decided to share my experience. In a nutshell, I received my order! after phoning multiple times and waiting on the phone to speak to [Name Removed], the only Nancy Ganz lady, i even think she runs the warehouse herself and packs the items herself. Don't submit an online request, no one will read it. If you leave your details, you will likely never receive a phone call back. Be patient and wait to speak with [Name Removed]. and hopefully eventually you will receive your order. You must persevere! Would I buy from them again? Maybe not, unless its a good deal as it took some time to get a hold of [Name Removed]. ---------------------------------------------- So I made my order on 9 June and did not hear anything back for over a month. 23 Jul: submitted an inquiry on their website ->no response 26 Jul: called at 9:11am: a lady answered, I asked to speak with someone about my Nancy Ganz order. She told me the person was not at their desk, asked if she could take my name, phone number and order number.(I did not receive any call for ours) 26 Jul: called at 3:39pm: requested to speak to someone about my order. the lady said the person was on the phone, can i leave my name and details. I said I am happy to wait. Waited for about 25 min and finally got a hold of the "Nancy Ganz" lady. Her name is [Name Removed]. I told her my order number. She sees in the system that the payment was received but "the receipt didn't come across." Meaning the warehouse was not aware the payment was made so order was not processed. She did not apologize for any of this, been waiting for over a month. She then says she has pushed the receipt across so the warehouse will process the order. And i asked her if items were still in stock, she replies yes. She said i'll receive a tracking number the following day. 27 Jul: Called at 11:37am: same thing goes "the person is not at her desk, would you like to leave your name and details?"  27 Jul: Called at 2:47pm: [Name Removed] is able to receive my call, says she's just about to ship a bunch of orders and I will receive my tracking number shortly. 28 Jul: I still have not received an email with a tracking number. Called at 10:45am. "[Name Removed] is not at her desk, would you like to leave your name and details?" I say that [Name Removed] has not sent me the tracking number for the order she said she shipped the day before. At 11:07am, i received a Nancy Ganz email from [Name Removed] with my tracking number sent via express post. 29 Jul: I receive my parcel in an AusPost express packaging with my address and return address handwritten, Likely by [Name Removed] herself as her name is in the return address.

Terrible… don’t buy from the website – I ordered on the 23rd may and have had no communication from them in regards to my order. I have tried contacting them so many times and still no response, I have emailed, called and no one will contact me. Don’t buy from them!

Item was returned but have not received refund or replacement! – I ordered item which was not true to size. I returned it for a replacement but 5 weeks later, I am yet to receive the item (and there has NOT been a response to any of my emails to them). Paid but no email or nothing – I will never order from Nancy Ganz website again I've emailed and call the number, they just take your name and number and order number tell Nancy Ganz customer service will ring you back so it not even there pH number, waste of my money don't waste your money like I did or time I wish I look on here before I order now love there line but I don't like the fact they take your money Show details

Paid no products received – I made an order a month ago. Have not received any confirmation or shipping emails. I’ve tried to contact company 4 different times and ways and no replies to any of my messages. I am a frequent online shopper and have never had this experience any where else. So I’m presuming I’ll never get my parcel and my money wasted. Will never buy from this site again and would not recommend.

Nothing for us Plus size women – There is a plus size model on Nancy Ganz front cover along with other models, yet, there is very little in plus size other than 2 swimsuits (size 18) that I can see on line. Very disappointed that the products don't go higher than size 16 as it's only your swimwear that are size 18. It is plus size women like me who really need some help with slim wear, not swimwear. Fabulously crafted bras – I ordered 5 bras including a beautiful bustierre that was stunning. Ok this is where things went a little awry. I'm a 14D so I ordered accordingly. Ganz customer service and they suggested getting extenders which I did and this just worked. They are still very tight but wearable. They didtell me that they run very small in sizing (not cup size). I would have loved to give a 5 star rating...truly I would but just disappointing as I was going to have to send them all back until Nancy Ganz suggested a quick fix.

Love the shapewear loath the swimwear - terrible cut and nonsensical sizing – I love Nancy Ganz shapewear but cannot understand what has gone wrong with the swimwear. The cut is truly awful. Apart from not being true to size, the swimmers are cut straight across the top of the leg (horrible shape) and are very short in the body so the bust area of the swimsuit sits around my waist and completely flattens any shape. unbelievably difficult to get into whilst your competitor Miraclesuit (same size supposedly) are a dream in all the right places. Not happy Nancy Ganz especially as they can't be returned.
