Naptime Mattress

Do NOT Recommend – It is very uncomfortable. We didn't get the firm or soft matress, we got the medium one. It is soo hard and firm and just doesn't feel right. We have had it for nearly 3 months now and have noticed the area we sleep on the most has slightly sunk so matress is now uneven and we are not over weight people. I will never buy a matress like this again and will stick to spring mattresses in the future. Show details

Doesn't last and terrible after sales service – Had the mattress for 9 months and it was fine for a while. But after 3-4 months the mattress started to feel uneven. The sides were still firm but the area where we sleep is now much softer and it feels like sleeping in a hole. We turned the mattress but after 3 months same thing on that side. about at least upgrading as on Mobile Mattress if you dont buy their waterproof protector you dont get your money back and exchange (no refund) is upon Mobile Mattress discretion. I was told to email them. 9 days later I havent heard a thing.

asterisk to direct buyers to more information or anything to indicate it is no longer valid. I emailed naptime and they copied and pasted a sentence from their website with the updated information. I tried to be objective and went back on the website as a prospective buyer- there was absolutely no way I would’ve seen that sentence unless I went looking for it, and I saw “free easy returns” or “100 night free trial” advertised about 5-7 times when I was browsing. It even still has the details “if you don’t love your mattress....” advertised on the page just before purchasing. I emailed to explain this to them and they haven’t replied. I am so so disappointed that an Australian company would be so deliberately deceitful and also very upset that I have to keep a mattress that doesn’t suit us, after being led to believe I could try it out.

We love the naptime – We have had our new mattress for roughly 8 weeks now and no aches at all, sleep so well, no tossing and turning, no disturbance whatsoever and highly recommended. Great customer service and it was cheaper then the others we seen online and delivery was very fast. Show details

Affordable and comfy bed in a box mattress – Happy with the delivery times, mattress is comfy and I do like the fact that Naptime offer a 100 night trial similar to other bed in a box brands. Website seems to be a bit broken but other than that, happy with the service so far.  Show reply
