Poor product Support – Purchased 20kW system 2.5 years sold as high end unit. Has reduce output 30% and contacted them for advice. Rung twice and told would have someone ring me. Unreliable – Beyond disappointing. I was told it would take 2 weeks to install, we had to wait 4 months while having to pay a double bill for electricity and for the solar loan that they hadn't providing . up to do the job and didn't know that extra cable was needed I have had the system installed for 7months and it has only worked properly for 4 weeks in this time, Nationwide is saying that they now have no further responsibility and are passing me off to deal directly with the manufacturers. I would not recommend Nationwide Solar to my worst enemy and would advise anybody against dealing with them

He promised me his best installers and that's what I got. A week later I had the panels, battery and installers here and the job was done promptly and with minimal disruption to me as I work from home. The installers were friendly, fast and the lead knew his stuff and explained it all to me.

Efficient, no fuss installation with expert advice – The 24 xJinko 390 W panels and 2 inverters (2 5KW Sungrow) were put on in 2 days (9.4KW) and the battery (12.8KW Sungrow) about 1 week later due to supply problems.
