Best sleep – For me sleep-ezy has been perfect! My mind and my body unwinds and I sleep! I admit I wasn't optimistic when I bought them, but THEY WORK FOR ME! Works too well! – I have interrupted sleep in that I go to bed because I'm tired but wake up every 3 hours or so. I take 3 of these about 4 times a week and sleep for a good 8 hours straight each time. Only thing is I sometimes wake up with a headache and could still sleep for another 4 hours! Show details

Doesn’t work – I have trialed a lot of different sleep vitamins ranging from the brands Swisse, Blackmore and Caruso. This vitamin would definitely be the least effective. For myself my brain doesn’t shut off and I find that these do not slow down nor do I don’t feel tired. Show details

Gives you vivid nightmares! Beware! – This product does help you get to sleep but it made me wake in the middle of the night from a vivid nightmare. It happened nearly every night that I used the product. This was stressful and caused me to have a bad day as a result. If this happens to you, try one without valerian as it can cause this side effect. Show details

This product is fraudulent – Used it once and had zero affect on sleep and then felt drugged and groggy all next day. Shouldn't be allowed to sell such a fraudulent product.

Works well for me – I have had interrupted sleep for many years and have tried a range of products. When my sleep has been particularly bad, I have had to resort to sleeping tablets, which help but have unpleasant side effects. I find Sleep Ezy an excellent homeopathic alternative. While it does not give me hours and hours of uninterrupted sleep, it makes me feel tired enough to go straight back to sleep when U wake up. I can definitely recommend the product. Show details

Read some of the other reviews and this does not seem to be an uncommon occurrence. No sleep. Not only fails to make you sleep, but makes it damn near impossible. Would rate zero stars if possible.

of Nature’s Own Sleep Ezi on special from Woollies, just to give them a try. To my surprise they worked! I am used to taking herbal remedies over many years so the smell doesn’t bother me at all. I just swallow 2 capsules down, without smelling them 1 hour before bed, and I fall off to sleep peacefully. Anxiety thwarted and I sleep so much better and when I wake up for a bathroom visit, I’m straight back to sleep. I am so surprised and even better news is I’m not left with a hang over in the morning. I recommend them to anyone who tells me they can’t sleep. So reasonably priced that they are worth trying.

many sleep assist medications that dont compare for me. Now 2 or 3 Sleep Ezy's an hour before bed ensure a deep restful night helping me be more productive the following day.

No use at all – This product was of no use at all, it made it worse. I was awake four to six times a night with a frequent need to go to the toilet. Would not recommend it. Show details

It made my sleep a lot worse! – This product did exactly the opposite from what it claims to do. Each time I took the pills, it took me a lot longer to fall asleep than usually and it made me wake up 4-5 times during the night, instead of the usual 1 time. I reported it to Nature's Own (Sanofi), but they weren't interested to investigate further. Gets you to sleep – I take 1 tablet usually with milk if I have insomnia. Takes about half an hour before I feel drowsy and fall asleep. Some tablets seem stronger than others. They work for me. Show details

It smells so bad!!! – It smells putrid! But it works well enough. I wouldn't buy this again because of the really bad smell from the time you open the bottle to the time you put it in your mouth. Makes it hard to swallow because it tastes just how it smells. Show details

A real good product – I am on blood pressure tablets and was not getting a good nights sleep so started taking 2 or 3 sleep-ezy tablets a night. After a couple of nights I noticed I was getting a better nights sleep and blood pressure was under control. I now don't take sleep-ezy every night but if required surely will take sleep-ezy. There is a bit of a smell about sleep-ezy tablets but the help from the tablets more than make up for the smell.

appear to have worked. Although I feel sluggish at work today, at least I was able to get a few hours in before the 6am alarm went off.

To me, felt like the reverse effect! – Having been stressed for some time, I was having trouble sleeping which has never happened to me. Doc prescribed Temazepam, didn't work. A colleague suggested Sleep-Ezy - I took one the first night, 2 the second night and 3 the third night and have never been so tired from lack of sleep - it's like upside-down day! Total reverse effect on me, I would definitely NOT recommend.

does not work at all – tried it for two nights and I was awake more than when I didn't take them. I'm not a sleep tablet taker but I have not been sleeping well for a few weeks so I thought I'd give it a try. I wasted my money I felt wired all night like I had taken something to make me stay awake. Won't be doing it again

Finally Deep Sleep – I do not normally take sleeping medication. My sleep is normally very light and I wake up to every noise. With Sleep Ezy I go to sleep quick and sleep really deep, wake up rested. Recommend to anyone, who cannot have good quality sleep.

Awful! – I wouldn't have this if I hadn't slept in 4 days! Did absolutely nothing! I would have 3 of a night-time and I may has well have not bothered. Way too much money for a product that is like no-effect tablets. I recommend staying away!
