Upset insides – Bought a large supply of Magnesium + Sleep. Does help but after a week I must stop as I have a seriously leaky gut as in must change clothes every hour.

flavour is also quite disappointing. Soluble/effervescent tablets from other manufacturers don't appear to have this problem. Do not buy this product.
Gritty residue – Recently purchased Nature's Own effervescent Magnesium + Muscle Support tablet. Most unsatisfactory! It doesn't dissolve......there's a gritty, unpalatable residue left in the glass and l'm sure the correct dosage is not delivered. Crap - do not buy – Absolute fools. i called their office to complain of the crap tablets, they promised to send an email to take to the store for a refund and never sent the emails. shut fool humans the tablets do not dissolve - taste like bondi beach sand
Dishonest & Dismissive – A product called “Plant Based Omega” — which separately makes “vegetarian” claim on the front of the bottle — has a tiny footnote on the back about gelatin. Company confirms it is animal-derived, and is supposedly updating the labels. But products on the shelf have not been recalled or even a warning posted. return or offer anything at all. And this is for a customer who caught the contradiction before opening what is now a useless bottle of pills. Many more would not have noticed the ingredient before consuming it, and would rightly be livid.

Never completely dissolves – I have used most of the tube of Magnesium and muscle support.Im really not impressed as it never fully dissolves which means I'm not getting all that I should.Ive tried to leave it for half hr stirring continuously nothing works leaving I'd say close to half the tablet in small granules onthe bottom of the glass. Complete sleep advanced formula tablets – I Bought this product , works opposite, i am total sleepless after consuming it & now i am told that i had to intake 1 tab for atleast 10-12days before my body will get use to it and then i might have sound sleep . Total waste of money Show details
Siberian Ginseng – This is great stuff and has given me so much more energy. If I take it too close to bedtime I can’t go to sleep so just be careful not to take it too late.
Placebo Effect – I wish I could state that there is ANY effect from using these products. But now I just wonder whether it's powdered rubbish all from the same batch and just placed in containers with different labels. There was no effect whatsoever from using them. No health benefits. No improvement or otherwise. It's just nonsense and a waste of money to suck in unsuspecting people hoping for a better result.
Spend your money elsewhere. Vitamins and supplements are simply a waste.
Best vitamins on market – The reason for my statement on Natures Own brand of vitamins is because I find them readily available in most stores and chemists. The price is in accordance with most peoples budgets. A safe, long standing line of vitamins that I have used for many years. Natures Own vitamins actually work. You do notice the difference if you stop taking them for some reason. Good quality
